I received an Nordlux PIR lamp and unfortunately there was a little damage to the light. I called in to report the problem and within a few moments the phone was answered. How refreshing it was to chat to someone straightaway. I explained the problem to a very helpful and cheerful person (Nicole) and she asked that I should attach a photo showing the damage to an email. To make it easy Nicole sent an email to me with the order number so that all I had to do was reply. After less than an hour Nicole said that a replacement light was dispatched and would be with me the next day. This is an excellent example of good customer service. I am so pleased I used this company. Thank you First Choice Lighting.

I ORDERED ALICE GREEN FLORAL GLASS PENDANT SHADE FROM TESCO ON THE 28 OCTOBER 2026, AND IM STILL WAITING IT SEEMS TO BE STUCK IN GLASGOW IT SET OFF OK THEN NEVER GOT OUT OF GLASGOW I PAID £40.78 THE DELIVERY CODE IS H0510A0058743976 SO FOUND THAT AFTER A CERTAIN TIME THE ORDER DISAPPEARED AND I'VE BACK TRACKED IT TO HERE ITS VERY HARD TO PHONE SOMEONE ABOUT LOST ORDERS WHERE THERES NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE WHAT A SHAME THIS HAS HAPPENED I WONT BE SHOPPING AT TESCO ONLINE AGAIN

TO THE LETTER I JUST WROTE -I GOT A CALL FROM LONDON AND ANSWERED IT A LADY FROM THE FIRST CHOICE LIGHTING WANTED TO KNOW EVERYTHING THAT HAD GONE WRONG AND I TOLD HER SHE WAS VERY NICE AND AND VERY HELPFUL SHE CHECK THE ITEM AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND THAT I COULD HAVE A CASH REFUND OR REORDERED I REORDERED BECAUSE THE WAS THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE PHONED BACK TO HELP ME OUT SO I'VE CHANGED THE STAR RATING TO 5 STAR AND THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME

Unfortunately there was an issue with the outside lamp I ordered . I contacted Laura at their Customer Service and after explaining about the issue
was treated with respect and kindness and a full refund was received. Fantastic customer service, thank you

I brought some decking lights a year ago they started misbehaving so I thought I'd email them to get some advise, I lady called Nicole rang me back talked me through a few things but ultimately sent me a new receiver which worked perfectly, companies need more people like her.Brilliant after sales .Good company!

Efficiently handled from order to delivery. Delivery in 2 days.

The item i purchased is as described, no problems. But i have an issue with Evri, the delivery service. They never leave my parcels at my door, but in a lift foyer open to anyone. I have complained many times to them but it falls on deaf ears.
If i had a choice i would not use them.
Could you let them know my concerns please.

Great Customer Service

I had a problem with a light fitting and called the number on the First Choice Lighting website. Nicole was absolutely wonderful and stayed with me throughout the whole process, even after several bad deliveries from their supplier.

The communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish, and I always felt that Nicole was doing everything she could to get the problem resolved.

I can’t thank Nicole and First Choice Lighting enough for their help, patience and continued contact throughout. It’s refreshing to receive this level of personal customer service.

I will definitely buy from First Choice Lighting again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Lamp was delivered in a timely manner from order date. Very well packaged and exactly as shown on website. Very pleased.

I received my purchase of glass globe pendant light shades today. So far, the shades that have been installed are just right for the rooms they are intended to enhance.
There had been some issues with the delivery getting to me, but thanks to the extra diligence from Laura at First Choice Lighting my parcel arrived safe and sound. In these days of virtual everything it's so refreshing and welcome to benefit from customer service associates who communicate clearly and take appropriate actions when providing any service. Well done Laura.

Placed an order and the delivery acknowledgement shows first choice use evri. Certainly not my first choice based on previous experience for delivery to the isle of wight (IoW), but they have met their promise of a 2 day delivery to a mainland address on this occasion. Usually 10+ days for IoW!!
Customer service at First Choice did ensure the order was processed and delivered quickly & efficiently so a big thanks to Nicole.
