Although there was a hiccup with the tracking this was so well handled when I rang the company to find out what had jhappened to my order. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and the problem sorted with speedy delivery. It was such a pleasure to get through with pushing numerous option buttons and talk to a real person!!
We are very pleased with the light we ordered.

I was seeking spare lamp shades that were not stocked by First Choice Lighting, although the fittings were purchased here.
The required items were sourced from the manufacturer for me and quickly delivered.
A perfect example of customer care. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We needed 93 lamps after being let down by another supplier. We reached out to First Choice Lighting and they were amazing. Richard sent us lots of options. We opted for the Floor Lamps with Opal Globe Shades. He managed to get us these lamps within the same week. He was super helpful, perfect customer service! The lamps are lovely and really complete the room. We hope to work again with you soon.

Great service. Really fast delivery

Great customer service. Nicole was very helpful in sorting out a bad experience when I ordered via B & Q Marketplace.
I would have no hesitation ordering from them directly in future.

I had to contact Customer Service as a light had been damaged in transit. The phone was answered immediately by Nicole who went above and beyond the call of duty and was very helpful. The success of Amazon is partly down to their excellent customer service. First Choice Lighting have taken a leaf from the same book. They now have a new loyal customer.

The contacts and the switch on the battery compartment for our bathroom LED mirror had corroded.
I emailed First Choice asking for the cost of a replacement.
Received a reply from Laura stating that a new battery carriage was already in the post, no charge.
Can't fault that kind of service. Well done First Choice.
