Ivan and Milena done a brilliant job on my parquet flooring, explaining everything as they went along. And I know it said dusk free, but can’t believe how dusk free it was excellent job would highly recommend

Ivan and Milena did a tremendous job on our floor. They were thoughtful, efficient and a pleasure to have in the house. Our original Victorian boards had been painted over and were in a sorry state; they are now smooth and glowing.

I used this company for sanding wood flooring in my new flat. They provide a professional service and I'm very satisified with the final outcome. Thank you to Alison for his outstanding job and for answering to all my enquiries.

Initially, I spoke with Stan about the job needed to be done, who was helpful in explaining the work and provide the quote. Then he promptly came over to view the work.

The team was highly qualified, polite and friendly. They were ready to extend working hours just to finish the project on time, as during the process some extra bits of work showed up.

I must say, that the floor was in really poor condition but FirstClass Floor Sanding has carried out very high standard, higher than I would have expected or asked for.

Very gratified with the results.
I consider the cost of work very reasonable given the quality of the finished product.

I'm so excited to share how happy I am with the amazing job done on our new home's wood floors! The team really knows their stuff and treated every board like it was their own. They swapped out any old, damaged pieces and sanded everything down so it was smooth as silk.

But the real magic happened when they got to the coating and finishing. They used some really great stuff that made the floors shine like never before. Now, our floors don't just look good, they feel amazing to walk on and they really make the whole house feel more like a home.

As for the team, they were super professional but also really friendly. Always on time, really efficient, and they cleaned up so well, you'd never know they were there!

So if you're thinking about giving your floors some love, I can't recommend these guys enough. They took our floors from drab to fab, and I couldn't be happier with the result!

Amazing work - sanding and sealing my engineered wood floors in the whole ground floor of my house. Some of the flooring was very damaged and stained but now it looks flawless and as new. Communication was great and very responsive, they were very reliable, turning up on time and with no delays, price very reasonable. Really recommend.

What a wonderful experience - not something I thought I’d ever say about a floor sanding job! Nick and Ivan were the most professional tradesmen we’ve come across. From the initial interaction, quote, advice and guidance, through to the execution of the job (they worked til late two days in a row to get the job done on a tight timeline), discretion, great communication (we would need to be out of the house for a period while the lacquer in the hallway was being done), and trustworthy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to my friends and family. The end result was fantastic - our downstairs living area is now something we are proud of. We’ve already had guests round to show it off, and they have already got in touch with Nick to do their own floors!
