We chose first-line protect because having a GPS free roaming personal alarm without needing a base station was very supportive of user independence. The app is great, easy user interface and very reassuring to know in event of getting lost, we know exactly how and where to provide assistance. Being able to contact via the on board speaker and mic is excellent, allowing us to check that the user is familiar with interacting with the helpful call monitoring centre.

I'm delighted we chose first-line direct, the features knock spots off other more expensive systems for six and they couldn't have been more helpful along the easy set up!

We bought the pendant for my mum to be able to retain her independence for as long as possible as she had been recently diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia.

I can honestly say it gave my mum the freedom to enable her to collect her money from the post office which she had always loved walking to and also going out walking in general.

I would not hesitate to recommend it.

We purchased an alarm for our 92 year old Grandmother a few months back. Best thing we’ve ever done. Nan had the bog standard alarm for years, and after suffering a few falls in her bedroom we learnt that having the speaker in the lounge by the phone line wasn’t ideal. So we upgraded her to the GPS mini alarm with fall detection along with the family monitoring app. My nan has said it gives her peace of mind that if anything were to happen someone will be on hand to help, as-well as the family being notified instantly. Not only is the product fantastic, the customer service from First Line Protect has been amazing, can’t thank you enough!! Definitely recommend!

Bought for 90 year old relative who lives independently. Gives him and ourselves reassurance that he can contact us if necessary and if he takes a tumble this device automatically detects fall and gets help. He has accidentally activated this a few times and the staff at the call centre have been very attentive and helpful. He is non hearing so cannot respond to device but it has settled him and given him security and and confidence. Highly recommend this product and excellent support team.

Excellent product, the care line team can talk to my partners grandad anywhere he goes, so much better than the rest on the high street that only have them for the house and speak to the person thorough a speaker not the pendant. First line protect are brilliant!!!!!!!

Impressed by the speed of response to a fall and the initial trial of the pendant . Not impressed by the quality of the lanyard and lack of information about the pendant features.

Prompt efficient service . Reliable communication wherever we may be gives peace of mind to all. The talk through pendant has made a fantastic improvement to the problem of responding to someone who has hearing difficulties and dementia as reassurance on the progress of assistance greatly relieves the stress of any situation.

Gives that comfortable feeling of safety just to know someone is always there if you need them.

They would never mind if my father accessed their support by accident. Always patient that he had set off his alarm inadvertently in the first few days of wearing it and getting used to being washed whilst wearing it.

I really appreciate the ability to see where my Dad is and whether or not he has pressed the SOS button. Very clever piece of kit and he is happy with how it works and the ease of use too.

After a bit of a stuttering start we got sorted. This is a great piece of kit that has given confidence and reassurance to my mother whilst providing peace of mind to the rest of the family.
