A very friendly company with excellent customer service. The pendant purchased is well made (robust) and the call centre staff are professional and helpful.

I'm very grateful for the pendant itself as well as the service i was provided. Affordable costs and arrived on time! This helps myself just as much as my aunt as unfortunately cant support her all the time. At least i know now she can rest assured. Once Again, Many thanks!

I can not recommend enough!
I purchased a personal alarm for my grandma earlier this year from First Line Protect and I am really satisfied with the product. Not only does this reassure my grandma that help is a call away but it also enables me to feel more relaxed about leaving her on her own especially at her age. The service is reflected within the price and I can not recommend enough.
