I have renewed for a further 2 years
My contract with Flogas came up for renewal and I was put through to Shaz who was very helpful in answering all my questions and completing my renewal for a further 2 years.

Excellent friendly reliable service

I spoke today with Helen from Flow Gas & she was supper efficient and competent in dealing with my contract renewal and some changes to my details. I always dread speaking to big companies as they keep you on hold and then pass you from one department to another. It was a real pleasant experience & she really did a great job to satisfy my requests.

Regular supply this morning - quick and efficient and how Stuart was so cheerful at the early hour ! set me up for the day myself.

Alastair Evely delivered to me today and I could not rate this gentleman higher. He called the evening before to get directions, showed up on time and was as accommodating as possible with the delivery and our place is not easy to deliver too. We also had a short but extremely interesting chat as well. Top man!

I rang to renew my contract and the lady I spoke to was samia she was so helpful as I am not very familiar with what to do she was so helpful me being an old guy and not very savvy I didn’t want to go with another gas company as Flo gas has always understood my situation thank you all

Having been informed that renewal negotiations had concluded and commencing a transfer process at an earlier date, I was pleased to receive a revised renewal quote from Abdullah H. Abdullah went on to explain the relevant process which was expedited quickly and efficiently

Have had Flogas for four years now, so far we have had our tank updated to a new one and have also had a transmitter fitted which means we no longer have to contact them to order a top up. Nathan delivered our top up today without having to place an order before the winter rush sets in

Called re a contract renewal advice,spoke with Helen, excellent service and advice. Agreement came by email within an hour. Customer service is backing up the really excellent service we get from the delivery side of the business.

Found Helen really helpful. She went to a lot of trouble to confirm the finer points I wasn't sure of, and was really quick and efficient. Documentation emailed immediately as promised.

I was very happy with Lloyd Johnson and Kris Falconer with the the work they done they dug the ground to put the gas pipe under ground and the covered it very well and replaced the pipe leading to the house. They were very polite and respected my property. Well done lads and also had a delivery to come to my property of mot type 1 sub base to cover the brilliant work they both achieved greatly appreciated

Renewals are always a frustrating time as it’s a hassle that most of us don’t want or need. Abdullah H understood my concerns, educated me on some of the finer detail and was a pleasure to deal with during my call this morning. Thank you

Fuel prices are insane and no one would use LPG if they had another option but ive used Flogas for 20 years, they do a good job and Helen, who also seems to have been there for years has really looked after me. Ive just signed up for another couple of years, she explained everything to me and the process took 5 mins
