Always a chore to renew an energy contract these days. However, renewing my LPG contract wasn’t a chore as Helen at Flogas clearly explained the options available, allowing me to choose a reasonable plan under present market pressures. Very pleased to remain a satisfied Flogas customer.

James Grennan, Paul Thomas and Mark Robinson from the Civils team did a great job on laying new pipe work from the tank to our house.
They were very easy to deal with and very respectful of our property.

I moved into a new home last week, which included a Flogas Tank and Account. I telephoned Flogas and received a Docusign Contract for 2 years, which as a customer new to LPG I did not understand. I telephoned Flogas again today and was greeted by Helen. Helen explained the terms of the Contract for 2 years and answered my questions clearly and quickly. When I said that I was exploring moving to another LPG Supplier, Helen offered me a more competitively priced Contract for 2 years, which I accepted. We are looking at felling a very large tree, growing within 5 meters of the Flogas LPG Tank and building a rear extension, which is likely to require excavating the ground through which the LPG pipe runs, so I asked Helen if Flogas held drawings of the routing between the Tank and the Stop Valve. Helen transferred me to the Installations Department, who after a further telephone call will be sending an Engineer to inspect our installation and hopefully identify the route of the pipework. Helen was polite, helpful, engaged and enthused - a rare combination of qualities these days.

My contract with Flogas came up for review and I was put through to Helen who did a great job of guiding me through the options and answering all my questions. In the event, I was happy to renew for a further 2 years because they are a great company to deal with. Calls to customer service are answered really quickly and the team are always friendly and helpful. They have never missed re-filling our LPG tank even over Christmas. Highly recommended!

Great price for the heater which helps to offset the cost of getting the gas bottle. Delivery date of the heater was not given it just turned up and was a week before the gas bottle was delivered which was 3 weeks from when the order was placed. As the company is a gas supplier its odd it takes so long to deliver their own product.

Helen was very polite and very clear with the information and I would recommend her.
