Changing supplier was smooth and efficient. I did a photographic survey, uploaded the pictures, then digitally signed the agreement. All done in approximately two weeks.

In renewing our LPG contract, we were in contact with Helen Simon, who made the entire process so simple!! She was extremely professional, communicated clearly and handled the re-sign paperwork efficiently. Excellent customer service and we are happy to be with FloGas for another 2 years!

My contract for bulk gas was due for renewal. Flogas sent a renewal notice with a price that wasn’t comparable with other suppliers. I spoke with Abdullah Hassan at Flogas sales who was very helpful and explained some of the small print from other suppliers that was hidden and not showing as variable rates. I agreed a great price with Abdullah and pleased to say I am staying with Flogas for at least the next two years

Initially, I was a bit disappointed as FloGas hadn’t returned my call, and my re-signed contract hadn’t gone through.
However, Helen called me and she was great. She explained everything clearly and I was able to renew over the phone - which was a simple and easy process.

When I ordered and paid, said I would get emailed later with delivery date. No email yes checked spam. About 5 days after payment gas arrived lucky i was in. Delivery driver great no probs there.
