Thank you for your feedback, we’re pleased to hear the products were as expected.
We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. We don’t offer expedited delivery as a service, and our lead times are outlined on our website at the point of ordering. That said, we understand how frustrating delays can be.
We appreciate your feedback, and if you do have any further queries or issues, please feel free to get in touch.

Delivery & communication was very poor
Flooring was good but delivery was shockingly bad. First off no email about the order or delivery details, I had to chase them up about delivery. I ordered the Monday they said on the phone it would be Friday & I would get a text with tracking but nothing came. I called again to be told it was missed off the suppliers order & it would be sent again Monday and wait for text with tracking. Eventually it turned up Tuesday. Why they told me to wait till Friday for delivery is what annoyed me as I waited in most of the day for nothing, could have just told me the first time I called it was missed off the order.

Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased to hear you were happy with the flooring.
We’re very sorry for the experience with the delivery and the lack of clear communication. On this occasion, it appears there was an issue with the manufacturers order, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait in unnecessarily.
We take this on board, as you should have been informed sooner, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to improve communication in situations like this going forward.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
