A smooth and quick transaction
A smooth and quick transaction for a hand pump but no connection details, a leaflet would be useful. Also it's the same postage for an entire hand pump of 2kg as for a small hose connector. An avalanche of marketing emails followed a purchase.

We do not provide paper copies of manuals/set up guides in the parcel however these can be downloaded online from our website.
Our carriage charges are set based on goods value on our website and on weight if you order direct. There are different levels for the postage costs including free delivery if you spend over £250 on our website.
Regarding our marketing emails, you can always request to be removed from this by replying to any of the emails you receive, or giving us a call.

Great customer service. Ordered a part at 4:45 over the phone, was immediately dispatched for next day delivery. Had issues with delivery due to the delivery company they were very helpful to looking into the issue and kept me posted. Would certainly purchase from Flowfit again.

Absolute disaster of a company to buy…
Absolute disaster of a company to buy from.
Items showing in stock, then you order expecting a delivery in 2-3 days as per their website.
Then, a few days in and you wonder why you haven't got a tracking number, so you message them and you find out they don't have the items in stock after all.
Then the lie and say you're order is posted, but you check next day and find out they still haven't been sent, then you just admit defeat and ask for a refund.
I probably should have known better, the same thing happened the last time I tried to order from them.

Incorrect, I was told by email that a missing item has been found to fill my order and promised it would be sent "that same day"
But that's not what happened, after asking twice it was the following day before tracking was provided and the items still hadn't been dispatched, so you lied, plain and simple.
If you're offended by a customer using the word "feckin" and the initials "BS", you can be more sure I was more offended to be spun a yarn and lied to.

This is the issue with Flowfit, you lie and try to twist the truth.
In response to you're first point.
I was told by email on the 16th that my order would be dispatched that day, the 16th, but if course this didn't happen as you have already confirmed.
Here's it pasted from email,
"As discussed on the telephone a few moments ago, we shall despatch the order today"
You're 2nd point, "the order was only raised on the morning of 16th", but I actually made it on the 14th as you're email below to myself confirms.
"Dear Mr ROBERT KIRKWOOD!
Your order with Order Number 23021 (14.10.2024) has been accepted."
If nothing else, this conversation clearly shows the frustration that is incurred when trying to deal with Flowfit.

Good morning Robert.
When your order was originally raised on the 15th October, there was a mix up by my colleague who thought we were short of a part to be able to complete your order. This is why you were advised incorrectly at the time that the order would take 'a few weeks'.
You then sent in an email on the 16th October asking to cancel the order. This was followed up by our Sales Office Manager, Jess James, both by phone and email to advise you that we could get the order built for you now and that it would be delivered to you in the next 2/3 days in which your response was ''That's great" and requesting a tracking number. The tracking number was then forwarded to you the next morning 17th October advising the courier and tracking details.
Whilst we understand it is frustrating to be given incorrect information regarding the lead time on your order, you were then followed up and dealt with by management who ensured the order was dealt with as a priority for you and were given the correct information that the goods would be delivered to you in 2/3 days.
We would also ask that comments are not made on our Facebook page and on emails to our staff containing various swear words no matter how frustrating the issue may be.

The tracking number was supplied to you on the morning of the 17th October in response you asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Your original message says you contacted us a few days after your order has been placed which is incorrect. The order was only raised on the morning of the 16th October and the tracking was supplied the following morning. We have done everything in our power to ensure the order was put through urgently for you and to be delivered to you within 2/3 days. The tracking number shows this was due to be delivered to you on the 18th October so was within the 2/3 days time frame you were advised.
If is nothing to do with being offended, we do not expect our staff to be sworn at, no matter the situation.

Excellent service and quality,however Brexit has made purchasing items from UK prohibitive as vat23% is added to cost of goods including carriage + 5€ DPD handling charge.Total cost was 66€ so I would only use your company if item was not available in Ireland.
