Disgraceful service They are a seller through B and Q . They are a disgrace. Failed to deliver an item and now no refund after 21 days . The return policy is 14 days ??? Then they tell me I am responsible as its still with the courier . Why I never even received the item ??????
Stick with AMAZON in future . B and Q and this company cant be trusted .

FNX were able to supply replacement radiator accessories as my original ones were damaged. This was done free of charge which was a real treat. Great service from FNX!
Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. The radiator developed rust/corrosion on the outside around the welds, yet instead of properly dealing with the fault, they kept trying to blame the heating system and asking for irrelevant flushing evidence.
The issue is clearly external corrosion, not anything caused by the system itself. Rather than taking responsibility for what appears to be a poor-quality product, they have repeatedly delayed the matter and avoided offering a proper refund/replacement.
Would not recommend based on my experience with both the product quality and customer service.

Bought items from B&Q and this company…
Bought items from B&Q and this company were the suppliers. After 1 year the paint failed on 1 part of the sink waste.
Was told the paint is only guaranteed for 1 year despite B&Q saying its valid for 2. I was then told i used the wrong cleaning product even though its clear to see it failed in a particular place and not the whole product. Who cleans just the push part of the sink waste and not the whole waste - apparently i do.

This "company" is a seller on B&Q and I will never purchase anything from them again. Disgraceful customer service, poor responses and total disregard. I ordered a bath, shower screen and bath panel from them which arrived on a wooden pallet. Unfortunately, the items did not fit and I decided to return them. They were UNUSED and UNOPENED. However, this company saw fit to deduct my refund claiming because the items were not returned on the pallet they would deduct funds and they had a lower sellable value. At NO POINT DURING THE EMAIL PROCESS REQUESTING A RETURN DID THIS "CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT" state that I needed to return the items on a pallet. If you’re considering buying from them, read the reviews and avoid them at all costs.
Their lack of care and responsibility is disgraceful. As a customer, I’ve been left feeling deceived.

The order was delivered 24hrs after the original date given as the courier message given on the day stated that it couldnt be delivered. Only by chance I was around the following day, as the courier stated that she had tried to make the delivery, but there was no one here to recieve. This was not stated on the website when the order was placed, and instructions were given where it was to be left. Not sure what the reason for this, I presume its because they might loose the order. However the unit was well packed to avoid any damage

Appalling service
Appalling service. Advised over the phone that an item was in stock and available for next day delivery and there would be no delay in posting. A week has passed and still no item posted. After posting a negative review on Google, and surprisingly getting a response a few hours later, a replacement item was supposedly shipped the next day. However, the delivery company website is still saying the parcel hasn't been received from FNX. Safe your time, energy and stress levels and buy elsewhere.

Ten days on and I’m still waiting for a…
Ten days on and I’m still waiting for a refund for an item that I didn’t even receive! Despite it not even reaching my door they won’t refund until they’ve received it. I’ve sent messages to chase only to now be told it’s been sat in a hub since the 17th March. So I’m supposed to wait for how long? It’s not my problem nor my fault. A refund should have been issued based on the fact It didn’t reach me. Surely that would be good service and the right response?

Excellent Service
Ordered small cloak room vanity unit. Arrived the day after order, item was as described on web site. Package was well protected with bubble wrap and is good quality.

Quick response delivery not so.
Order seemed to have been dealt with and dispatched quickly but not delivered until 18th march, this may have been courier problem. Looks great although not yet fitted.
Not great customer service
Took a week to get told item was out off stock. Item was dispatched! Waiting for refund.
