The item I ordered arrived damaged. I contacted FNX and they had a replacement with me the next day. Amazing customer service and reasonably priced products. Would buy from them again.

Ordered a concealed cistern through their BnQ store. Original was lost by Evri, let FNX know and a replacement was sent out immediately and came in a couple of days. No hassle. Really good to deal with and product looks a fair quality and is as described.

After an appalling experience with B&Q I thought id buy direct from the supplier. Wasn’t disappointed! Quick delivery and great to deal with, will use again.

This company sells on both ebay, under at least 3 user names (Bathroom Supermarket UK; Bathroom Spares Store; fitheowner) and also via B&Q market, aswell as online as FNX Bathrooms. I know this because in total, ive tried to order a specific style/name of tap 4 times. On each occasion, they advertise it as being in stock, however when you pay, they generate a postage label (with expected delivery date) but they never send out the item. On each occasion, the tracking shows Royalmail are expecting the parcel, but it never get dispatched, scanned or received into the postage system. Ive had to contact them each time to get a refund, and each time, the response is the same. They calm issues with shipping or damaged and it has to be returned, well this would have showing on postage tracking if it was true but it clearly does not. Also, once a parcel has entered the postage system, by law, it cant be removed and would travel through it till destination, ask Royalmail.

Great communication and quick delivery, we are very happy with the product too

The items were good quality. Unfortunately fnx sent me a different fitting to the one I ordered but as soon as I realised and contacted them they immediately resolved the problem without any fuss. Mistakes can happen for everyone but it is what you do to resolve them that shows how genuinely good a company is and FNX were excellent. Thank you. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

Arrived on time and no damage. Fitted the space beautifully

Easy to navigate website to find what I need, good prices and fast delivery keeping me informed along the way. Well packaged,all good.

After 6 months of installation I have a problem with the veneer on one of the doors on the vanity unit. I have been trying to resolve this issue with a replacement door with FNX Bathrooms for almost 5 weeks. They did respond really quickly initially and sent me out a replacement door based on my photos. However, unfortunately the door was not the correct one. I have since sent them numerous emails and photos and the only response I got was an email that their technician believe its an 'installation' issue caused by ourselves and not the product. Though the other door on the unit is still in perfect condition. They still sell this identical product on their on own website and B&Q (where I purchased the vanity unit). It would be courteous of them to reply to my further emails and come to some resolution, rather than me resorting to posting on Trustpilot.

UPDATE- 27/06/25 - shortly after my posted review I was contacted by Harvey. He was extremely helpful and got the issue resolved. To cut a long story short the product had been updated by the manufacturers hence the wrong replacement doors being previously sent out. He was able to trace an original unit for us. Thanks for your help Harvey.

Description a bit misleading for the item I purchased. Tried to return via website only for the returns page to tell me to use the website! Emailed and after a week no response.

Excellent quality basin, tap, drain. Easy to order, I was well informed regarding progress of order, prompt delivery, very well packed and excellent value.
