Several items ordered at the weekend and everything delivered together on Wednesday with helpful timed tracking. All looks very nice.

The cistern flush handle fitted correctly, was provided at an excellent price, and with speedy delivery. The chrome plating quality was excellent.

The Ideal Standard cisterns are of an older design where the cistern hole is around 19mm in diameter. This flush handle fits those well, whereas the newer standard 22mm diameter (“universal fit”) versions do not fit such cisterns.

I found the fit of the metal handle in the captive plastic boss to be rather loose, meaning the handle feels a bit rickety. Hence I took away one star.

The wrong bath tap was sent in error customer service was excellent the correct taps were sent out the next day these taps are excellent quality very stylish thank you chloe for your excellent customer service

Chloe, the sales representative was so diligent in making sure that the order included everything we needed, that it would be delivered on time and communicated everything clearly and was very patient in doing so. Fantastic customer service.

We bought a towel radiator from FNX recently and after fitting realised the temp control was missing. I emailed the company and they are going to send them out, even though we ordered quite a while ago. Brilliant service. Thank you!

Not being in the plumbing trade I was not exactly sure I was ordering the correct size for the part I needed. However, the website is very clear on specification and size.
It was still a bit of a wing-and-a-prayer but the item I received was exactly what I needed.
It arrived when expected, perfectly packed and ready for use.

I paid for next day delivery Tuesday which didn’t arrive but not only that the courier never received the parcel for 2 days. Courier then contacted me to tell me the delivery was going to be the next day so Friday when no one was in to take receipt, rearranged for the next Tuesday which arrived today. Sorted!

I ordered a mixer tap from Onbuy who sources it from FNX Bathrooms
The mixer was not stocked by FNX but it seems Onbuy didn’t know this and charged me anyway. What a nightmare getting a refund
FNX were great when Onbuy finally spoke to them. It seems I am now being refunded … All due to Chloe in FNX office
Great company. Cut Onbuy out going forward they are not good at selling products they don’t have access to
