Bad customer service, they don’t care about their customers.
They steal cards and don’t send them out if you hit big. They’ll print off a tracking label and pretend it’s been posted when it hasn’t then offer you a refund blaming the courier.
I packed some very good cards including an R9 card for my pc. The tracking said “we’re expecting it” for several days so I decided to contact them. Instantly they wanted to refund me and said that it’s lost although it had only been a few days I was very suspicious.. I waited several more days and decided to contact Royal Mail, they told me that they hadn’t received the parcel and just a label had been created for it otherwise it would have been scanned into the system. I sell on eBay and post multiple parcels everyday and have done for years and never had one go missing. Very suspicious. I tried to address this in a live show on WhatNot app and instantly got removed and banned. The staff were VERY rude and unhelpful. PLEASE AVOID. There are much better breakers out there that actually show their face and don’t want to scam their customers!
I purchased a card that was available and ready to ship it said on the website to get a partial refund and told the card is damaged through PayPal message.
The email address doesn't exist when trying to contact. Very disappointed to lose money and not receive a card or even an email correspondence.
I’ve just received the cards a day after ordering and they’re all in perfect condition. I ordered some missing cards from my collections from over 10 years ago, as well as some more recent ones as well. There’s quite a few cards that are out of stock but in terms of trust I cannot fault this website and would highly recommend it to anyone who has missing cards in their past and present Match Attax collections.
