Ho vinto una somma (130 euro) e al momento del prelievo è iniziato un vero e proprio teatrino burocratico fatto di richieste a catena di documenti impossibili e pretestuosi (prima l'estratto conto, poi la foto della carta, contestando dettagli inesistenti).La cosa assurda e paradossale è che per depositare i soldi usando la stessa identica carta di debito non è stato richiesto alcun controllo e i fondi sono stati prelevati all'istante. Nonostante le rassicurazioni iniziali degli operatori in chat, il denaro resta bloccato. Ho già provveduto a inoltrare la documentazione e le chat alle autorità competenti per segnalare questa condotta e queste pratiche commerciali scorrette. State alla larga.
