Hello, we are saddened you've decided to leave us a negative review. From our initial phone call with you prior to your purchase we have gone above and beyond to help you with your purchase. You called us and requested a certain shape of a rockery stone, we sent you photos of the stock we had and you selected shapes you liked out of the photo, which we then sent these to you. I'm unsure how we could of helped any more. The products aren't being miss-sold, they are as described on the website.

Forward building company are a brilliant company, so helpful and knowledgeable, Ste the driver has just delivered my stone i ordered and he carried every bag down to my garden for me, thank you Ste for that. The stone looks amazing (black ice) looking forward to laying it and enjoying the stone.. would i recommend you, definitely, you are by far the best, I truly appreciate you keep costs down and free delivery to definitely an added bonus.. thank you.

Fantastic company & extremely helpful staff!
Just had my second delivery from Forward Builders supplies and Alan the delivery driver was such a lovely guy and couldn’t have been any more helpful.
The customer support team were also fantastic and ensured the the materials were delivered in time for when I needed them.
They are extremely reasonably priced, I personally couldn’t find anywhere cheaper as most companies add deliver & handling charges.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Briliant company, great service.
I ordered a little stone circle that I needed to finish a project, after searching on the internet for a few days and getting no where fast, either some odd companies showed up or those who had the item did not deliver to my area, then someone suggested changing the search engine I used from google to duckduck, first search showed Forwards had it and it was in stock, I live in Merseyside and its the first time I heard of this company so to be sure I gave them a call, yep they had the item and it was in stock, back on line I placed the order at around 2pm.
Following morning I got an email saying it was out for delivery, soon after it arrived, the delivery driver was extremely helpful. I'm very happy with the service and fast delivery, once upon a time most companies where as good as this, sadly these days only a few stand out so defo going to use them again.

DO NOT buy from this company
Dont be tempted by the prices/website/free delivery- they simply send whatever is in stock that is similar WITHOUT notice and when you dare to call to say wrong colour their unbelievable response is “well won’t it do”! No, I ordered black because I wanted black NOT brown! Poor attitude deteriorated, driver refused to give receipt or any note to confirm collection of returned products then customer services stated outright lies saying they have refunded my money - I haven’t received ANY refund at all and now believe I’ve lost all my money. DO NOT BUY from this company, please check my other reviews to see I am a genuine and honest customer.

In phone call you stated that you didn’t have the colour ordered in stock and sent what you had as you “thought it would be acceptable”. Your attitude was appalling making me feel that I was being awkward in wanting to return the brown and wanting black. You also said you did not know when you would be able to deliver the black so I did say not to worry as B&Q had it in stock and I would go there. I have NOT received an email from you confirming a refund and I have NOT received a refund!! This was a “tester” order for my £30K garden re-design project this summer, so relieved I followed this advice, companies who care about small orders very much care about large orders.
I have followed your advice and looked at other reviews and there is a trend of good reviews from men, poor from women- is this a problem in your company?

As you can hopefully see from our other reviews across Trustpilot, Google & Facebook, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards.
I have checked and can confirm a refund has been sent to you.
We admit that the incorrect colour of paint was sent out to you. It was myself whom you spoke to you on the phone. I went above and beyond to rectify the error; I checked stock of the colour you had purchased and got in touch supplier to get more stock in for you, to which you'd said not to worry about.
When we collect returns from customers we don't provide them with any physical documents, you would of received an email from us to confirm your refund was being processed.
