I have ordered at least 3 times and it is such a great experience. Easy site to use and the product arrives so quickly. The system is efficient and the products have all been great.

I did everything online. Jason even confirmed before/after I'd paid. Products were delivered less than 24 hours from date of order. Truly exceptional

Quick delivery & the fragrance is amazing!

I am a regular customer of Fragrance Deliver SA, I trust the brand and service. They deliver stock timeously. I love their products. If there are any issues, the admin team quickly resolves them as soon as they receive your query.

Areas of Improvement: When a customer orders more than one product, and one item happens to be out of stock (though listed as available on the site, perhaps due to admin issues or delays). Please, please slip in a note that states that "one item is out of stock" when you deliver the rest of the products, to avoid creating unnecessary panic for the customer. Other than that, you are doing a great job.

You are my go to and will continue to be. Oh, and the recent Lollapot Body Butter promo was an excellent idea. :)

I bought Bvlgari Black as a present to myself from myself. I just love it and was able to afford it thanks to fragrance deliver. Lovely product, neat packaging. I will definitely buy from them again.

Disliked the poor communication and also disliked the one perfume I received which was definitely fake (Armani Aqua di Gio)

Recently I purchased 3 fragrances, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo and Marc Jacobs Mini Gift set from Fragrance Deliver SA. It was delivered on time as promised, I was pleasantly surprised. If you want to surprise your loved one with a gift this Xmas, I totally recommend.

Fragrance deliver go out of their way to deliver. Their turnaround time is amazing. If they don't have stock they move heaven and earth to get the product you need and stay in communication with you as the customer throughout the whole time. Their prices are well below average.
On the service side I can definitely give them a 5 star rating as well as on the value for money side.

The worst experience in my life! I dont know if this is a scam or what but i have been waiting for a refund for a month ,now going to two months! The sneakers were damaged and I returned them back but now they dont wana give me my money! Worst worst experience! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

They don't reply on emails and the phone no does not exist. Watch out for then. They are scammers,
I am in the process of sending mails to the fragrance houses that they use their names and packging and trade names
