The services was fair enough,It just took a little longer then expected.it was suppose to be due on Friday 30th September 2022 but only recieved on Monday 3rd October 2022 but I'm happy I've recieved my product thanks.

Products i bought so far are great, service and delivery was awesome, I don't see why I should buy elsewhere...

These guys are scamsters. Wanted a perfume. Says only a Tester available -0K but it's 100ml - hmmmm a 100ml tester??? Then I look through the Trustpilot reviews - wow - you would think they're wonderful - except all the positive reviews are broken English - all the negatives are real people. Trustpilot you are being abused! Also they claim no fakes/copies etc - but laughed at their response below

Hi Yvonne, We are terribly sorry about that - we actually picked up an issue with our capping system and have asked the team to remake all bottles affected! You will receive new bottles within the next few days as a compensation!" Do you control the capping system at manufacturer level?????

Excellent, I will only use fragrance deliver for all my purchases. This is the best website ever

Communication services was a bit poor at first. I had to follow up only to find out what I wanted and paid for wasn't available. That was quickly resolved and sorted.

My second order was delivered in time I'm so happy with what I bought expect more purchase from me

I ordered the Armani Si with the pink Bottle lid that was on the picture and got the black lid. Not what i wanted. very disappointed.

Fragance Deliver SA is avery bad company to do business with. I bought a size 32 Replay jeans and & the jeans comes with an abnormal big size 32 and the jeans are fake. I reported this and requested the return of the jeans according to their return policy. They went AWOL with money and now I am stuck with big size, fake Replay jeans. Don't buy anything from these guys

Product doesn't have a batch number on the boxes or bottles which usually indicates that it isn't a parallel import but a copy instead. Speedy delivery, but no response from the company when I questioned the Authenticity. Bought Versace crystal noir. Smells similar but only lasts about 10 minutes unlike the sometimes 13 hours which the parallel import purchased before from a different company. very very weak compared to the original or parallel imports. And those parallel imports had batch numbers on the boxes and bottles.
Not So, it is not on the box or bottle. Please send me a picture of where it is, if so

I ordered two product of which one came to me broken and it seemed to me as if the product was pack broken. It is a liquid product but there were no traces nor stains to show that i broke off on a shipment and some piece of the bottle was not there

Second is time asking if stock is available, after confirming i placed the order only to fine out that it is not.

Perfect! The correct product delivered much faster than expected and I knew all along what was going on. Great service!
