Moths and Black Mould: A Move In Nightmare
Absolute nightmare.
We moved in last week to a flat rented through Adeel, Nicole and Mark in the Waterloo branch. We found the flat infested with moths, not cleaned properly (the cleaners came in a second time upom request, but they still left the flat in an average state at best). If that was not enough, the flat was filled with the previous tenant's belongings, including but not limited to laundry, bedding and towels as well as greasy pots and pans.
Finally, we requested in our offer the bathroom to be treated of all mould, only to discover the back of the toilet caked with black mould. And here we are stuck for three years. Don't repeat our mistakes: avoid them at all costs. A week in, we are still waiting for pest control.
(The one star is only because they have a maintenance team that picks up the phone - but isn't that the bare minimum?)

Quick and professional with great viewings
Very quick to respond to initial viewing request, the viewings given by Mitchell were very professional and helpful. He had our best interests in mind as renters and gave a lot of information about the properties.

I would recommend Kevin - he worked very hard to make renting a property in the Barbican as straightforward as possible. I was very impressed with his customer service. He was able to organise viewings at short notice, and provided all the essential information. He is also very easy to chat with.

Great estate agent for rental properties in the Barbican, London.
I have dealt with Mitchell Max at the Frank Harris branch in Long Lane, London now on three different occasions whilst organising renting apartments within the Barbican estate. Each time I have been 110% impressed by his expert understanding of the process, educated, passion for and knowledge of the area and his friendly but professional demeanour.
Mitchell has great communication skills and kept me informed of all the updates I needed along the way, liaising regularly with either myself or my partner.
I would thoroughly recommend seeking him out if you are looking to be either a landlord or a renter within the EC2Y postcode but especially if you are interested in the Barbican!
