Fresh start were a light in the dark from the very first call , at a very low unexpected point in my life.Annual reviews were made easy ,and if I ever had a question it was actioned fast ,professionally ,and with compassion.5/6 years sounds a long time but it has flown by and I can’t recommend this company enough.

ive completed my IVA with this company everything was straight forward except one hiccup which Neil is trying to help me with.

Excellent service, they've done so much to help me. Any time I've needed to speak to them they've been kind, patient, and helpful. I only ever heard from them once a year for my annual review and never had an issue. Would recommend to anyone in financial trouble of any kind. This company has helped me to get a control of my finances and given me the opportunity to both get a fresh start and given me the chance to learn how to manage my finances without the stress of having major debt hanging over my head.
They were also super cooperative when I had medical issues which stopped me from working and meant I had no money to pay my monthly charge and put a hold on it until things settled and then continued it without issues.
Hopefully I will never need their help again but they are certainly someone I will recommend to others in the future. Thank you guys. You've made a major difference to my life!

We’re very helpful with my issue, they sorted it out if I had a issue they would help with it, definitely great at dealing with the debt, if you need help use these had no issues at all, staff were very helpful when had to get in touch with them

Excellent staff and understanding of situation.
Friendly approach dedicated to listen and help in ways I needed their help. Communication was excellent. Dedicated company to help those that who never think twice to ask for help. I was one of those that was afraid to ask but when I did they looked at me as human a person they understood the situation I was in and not who I was. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend them they are not just a company or business but a friendly face who have the best interests in heart for people that need help and they do go out of their way to help once again I definitely recommend them👍👍👍😇

I was in a really bad place 6 years ago, so decided to enter an iva with Fresh Start Insolvency .
As soon as I entered into it and was accepted there was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I have now completed the iva and I am so grateful to them for helping me all the way through, so helpful and they dealt with my debtors to stop them knocking on my door , can't thank them enough
