Very understanding & empathetic when setting up the IVA. They know your not the only one going through financial difficulties. They don't judge.

Professional friendly and debts all rolled into one

Following a split with my wife and large amounts of debt, I sought an answer by IVA and fresh start have been a perfect way to help and to keep one’s sanity and wellbeing. I cannot recommend their services too highly to anyone in debt, they are courteous and helpful throughout my IVA, which is almost over.

Excellent efficient service very quick

I aas in a bad place. My husband left and left me in a lot of debt. I was a single mam working full time and not getring anywhere fast. When i called this company they were very empathetic to my circumstances and helped me stay grounded not let the debt overwhelm me. 6years later its paid off and I cant thank them enough for their help. It was never an intention to get into debt but with one wage coming in the debt was spiralling out of control.

A really supportive and understanding service. I dealt with Terri at the start who was amazing and very sympathetic and understanding of my situation. I don’t think I would have progressed any further had it not been for her support. I then dealt with Blaine for the remainder of the process who was also fabulous - I even had reassurance from manager Lucy when I felt a little wobbly at one stage in the IVA process. I had my final call with Michelle and again she was just outstanding.
I am truly glad I found this service and my life is finally on its way to being back on track. I have never felt judged at any point, only ever understood and heard and my thoughts and wishes have always been taken into account - every step of the way.
Hopefully the next review I write will be once my IVA is completed and I’m restarting my life for the better.
