Fantastic experience with FW Homestores Caerphilly. Immediately greeted by friendly staff, and plenty of great quality furniture available to view. Shout out to Andrew who offered outstanding customer service, and was clearly very knowledgeable about the products in-store. He guided us through the information in a clear and concise way, and gave us a comprehensive quote to go away and consider. We later rang the store to place our order, and the over-the-phone payment process was quick and bother-free.
Would 100% recommend the Caerphilly branch to anyone! Thank you Andrew & Co.

Highly recommend FW Homestores
We called in to the Caerphilly branch and were looked after by Andrew. We were allowed to browse at our leisure without being followed around by a pushy salesmen. When we had made our choice we sat down with Andrew who took us through our options and explained everything in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Would highly recommend FW Homestores as it is a family run business who care for their customers

We saw Tracy a few months ago in the Newport branch when looking to buy a sofa, went back yesterday to purchase, she was very friendly and informative and not pushy at all. Even agreed to hold the sofa for 7 weeks and maybe a bit more whilst we are awaiting to have carpet fitted.
