BAD SERVICE
I ordered a coat from here £149 and £8 delivery,
I received the coat and after wearing it 3 times the faux leather piping down the side of my coat has worn away in the middle, I'm not sure why this has done this the only thing I can think that would be rubbing in the belt in the middle that you do up.
there for this is not my fault, when I signed up to their website it came up with an offer for people who sign up get 10% off.
when I complained about my coat and asked for another one to be sent they said they didn't have another size 8 in stock, they was going to contact the buyer, they came back to me and said the buyer does not stock this anymore, so there for I asked for discount on my DAMAGED COAT, I have had to email back and forth for about 4-5 days now and all they have said is they will give me 15% discount which is not a lot for what I paid for the coat and said I would have a total of 25% I asked how I would have 25% as they was only offering me 15% and they said I originally got 10% but this was NOTHING to do with my coat being damaged this was an offer at the time! I am really disappointed and would recommend not to shop with them as I still haven't had any money back.
They also offered me to return the coat but have a CREDIT NOTE!
Why I would want a credit note for a coat I then cant get in my size is beyond me!
As I have never shopped with them before I probably wouldn't spend £149 on random bits that I don't need!
