I've contacted this company a number of timess via chat and email regarding my purchase which hasn't been delivered. No response via email and via chat I get asked to email them. Ordered on 16th April 2022 and its currently 28th April. Poor service and no contact / response.

This was my second purchase from GetDawah and once again I was more than impressed and satisfied. The customer service team were quick to respond out of hours and efficiently handled my query. Worried that I had placed my order just days before Eid, I was delighted with how quickly the items were delivered (they came the next working day). I ordered three Arabic name necklaces and each one was perfect. The quality and design are beautiful and will make great Eid gifts. I would highly recommend GetDawah for their excellent customer service and quality products.

I had ordered a personalised Arabic necklace in gold and I had received it the next day after they have shipped it out, the necklace was absolutely stunning so pretty n elegant goes with anything n everything the quality is amazing n the price is totally worth it these are to die for I will be ordering again soon inshallah. Keep up the good work outstanding service. x

I have ordered arabic necklaces three times now as gifts. They were all recieved with name exactly how i wanted it, I like the box as it makes it even better to give as a gift. Quick delivery, once sent a message from the team it arrived on time.

I have ordered from GetDawah around 5 times now. The first time being around 4/5 years ago and the most recent being a couple of weeks ago. The quality, pricing and aesthetics of their products is the reason I'm a repeat customer! I first fell in love with their hoodies and now have ordered a couple of their personalised Arabic name necklaces. They are true to their shipping times and are even way early at times! I love the quality and the packaging the necklaces come in and have had my oldest one for 2 years now and it still looks brand new - no discolouration or scratches. They make really great gifts too and are super affordable. I'm really happy alhamdulillah! Would totally recommend :)
