Get Set Clean Opiniones

Get Set Clean are good, trustworthy cleaners and are proactive and letting you know if you cleaning time needs to be changed. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that their website is a bit user unfriendly.

The cleaners are very good. The company is flexible and always tries to accomodate the customer's preferred time.

Poor quality clean, rude staff.

This was our first experience with Get Set Clean. The cleaner broke the plug hole mechanism in our sink so it was jammed shut. We tried to fix it together but couldn't so we called head office. Huge language barrier as everything we were saying had to be done over google translate. Spoke to woman on the phone who got pretty irate with me blaming me for the broken sink and doing nothing to apologise or be helpful. In the end the cleaner managed to fix the sink but left early, no apology, we had wasted time on these phone calls and trying to fix the sink and the house was left with a poor quality clean. Surfaces left unwiped, hairs and crumbs left on the floor. Disappointing. Won't be using again.

We’ve been using Get Set Clean for over four years and think they’re fab. We’ve had a few different cleaners which have ranged from excellent to very good. Really good value for money, extremely flexible and accommodating plus super friendly. Would definitely recommend them and have done many times.

I have been using Get Set Clean for the last 2 years - they are reliable, friendly and provide a great cleaning standard. I spend enough hours in the day at the office that I don't want to spend my weekends cleaning! - Get Set Clean allow me to spend my free time as I would like to and for that I am so grateful. They were recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended them on to another friend who has also been using them for the last couple of years - and now it's time I told more people!

Honest, reliable, good house cleaning service. Emails are always answered promptly. Good website for amendments and communications.

Well run cleaning service that gives you hassle free regular cleaning. If your normal cleaner can't make it they organise a replacement for you. Cleaners are competent and trustworthy.

I’ve been using Get Set Clean for over 4 years now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. My cleaner is amazing! She does a fantastic job each week and I can honestly say that I’d be lost without her. She is so thorough and truly exceptional.

My old cleaner took two months holiday and then let me know she was taking even more time away !
I contacted Elena asking for help and she found me someone in two days. This agency pulls out all the stops to help you.
I've used many agencies but Elena and her staff have that quality that a lot of cleaning agencies lack.....they really care and take great pride in their work. you won't be disappointed if you use them.
The women are brilliant. They work hard, efficiently and quietly.
My Cleaner is a saviour to me and I am honestly lost without her.

We have used Get Set for over two years and we could not be more happy. Their cleaning and communication is perfect. We have had no safety or other questions whatsoever. The cleaner we have had for 2 years is now our Very good friend and we exchange often gifts. We are so pleased with this we cannot imagine switching to anything else.

I've been a customer for more than 2 years with Get Set Clean. This is a really really good service! You will not regret hiring this company.

I have been a happy customer for over 4 years after they were recommended by two friends. During that time I have had the same cleaner (Laura). If she is ever away the replacement has always worked to the same high standard. All cleaners have been punctual, honest and left no rug unturned!

Amazing service, very efficient and processional and I always look forward to coming home after they've been!

Do not use this company. They confirm your booking then try to cancel or change the time a couple of days before the appointment with no explanation. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
