Vitamin Lab is amazing! Optimizing health is a hobby of mine and I did a 23&Me test and sent it to Nutrahacker and got a bunch of recommendations based on my SNP's and then I couldn't find a multivitamin that worked for me. It would have the form of Vitamin E that causes inflammation or the wrong from of B12 for me. (and half the population!)
Vitamin Lab has the right ingredients and none of the wrong ingredients. I also just met with their nutritionist and was able to add 4-5 other supplements that I was taking separately! (Vitamin C, NAC, DIM...) so excited to save money and energy on managing all the pills!

These vitamins have changed my world - I have more energy, focus and stamina and LOVE all of the support and insights they provide. I've used them for years and will never stop. I love them!

I want to cancel. Did not want to resubscribe. No warning before order was placed. Terrible.

There are no words to express my gratitude to Talia. Talia compiled 4 anti aging life longevity doctors recomendations into one formula keeping notes on everything meticulously. A month long planning back and forth i went from taking 7 pills daily to 17 pills daily. In a recent SOS life longevity test of 27 bio markers my score was 93 out of a possible 100. What i'm doing is working. I'm 58 and in the healthiest condition of my life. I'm 5'9 and a former professional athlete. I weight 112 pounds and this formula is the ideal compliment to my hormone regimen. I needed to do this addition for months and months and dreaded the complexity. Talia held my hand and made it seamless. The new formula has simplified my daily routine while boosting energy, well being, sleep. gratitude and more gratitude.

Really unique and customizable vitamin blend for any specific needs. Was really convenient to use while traveling. I don't recommend the powders as they can taste rough but they warn you about this. The pills are a lot of pills in number but they cover everything I need.

The customer support and flexibility of the vitamin blend is absolutely what sold me here.

I had requested a very detailed personal formula. They didn’t simply take what I submitted and gave it a green light. Their team took the time to review my formula and advised me on some of the possible interactions with some of my meds. They made detailed recommendations and more importantly listened and responded to my needs. I feel very comfortable working with Talia and her team. I have referred other people to their site.

I’ve cycled through several different supplement stacks, always trying to find a combination that worked successfully but ultimately would become to difficult to manage and keep track. Their subscription model is extremely questionable. Canceling the subscription is also challenging, if not impossible.

Today, I reached out to my bank to block my credit card and request a new one as this was the only way to ensure that they would stop charging me for nothing.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is garbage. Charging a ridiculous amount and misrepresenting the cost by breaking the total down monthly, despite only getting a refill every 3 months. It's highly irregular and confusing. I also haven't gotten any orders in a little under a year (as shown in THEIR SYSTEM) and they're giving me grief about refunding.
*ETA - They do apparently outline the charging model when you first purchase your subscription, although the real issue for me is that I got no receipts and couldn't verify that I was informed of that when I first signed up in January '23.
I will caution folks though-- their internal system still doesn't show when refill orders are sent. I was getting all the marketing emails but did not receive any receipts or shipping notifications. If you do decide to use this service STAY ON TOP OF YOUR BANK/CC STATEMENTS. I would hate for anyone else to be charged for things they're ultimately not receiving AND don't even know they should be receiving.
They did ultimately refund me for the orders I didn't get, though it took a while to get to the root of the issue. All to say, if you use VitaminLab ***BE CAREFUL.***

When I started taking vitamins exclusively for my DNA it take a while to get use my body because it took couple weeks when I start feeling more stable with energy and during all this time I have this I can continue my daily routine during the hold day. I am a person wake up at 4:00 am and finish my day around 4:30 pm and I don’t have any crash after my activities.

Love having vitamins based on my DNA. Vitamin lab has great customer service . They give updates regularly and options to add to your formula for no additional cost.

I'm glad I've found a local Canadian company that provides customized supplements. It's great to get a personalized formula made just for me, and I get to choose the supplements and quantities I want. The pricing is reasonable, and I like the freedom of adding, removing, or adjusting the amount of each supplement to make it feel more unique and cost-effective. I'm on my fourth month and couldn't be happier with it – I'd choose this any day over store-bought supplements. I've had no issues with communication, ordering, packaging, shipping, billing, or incorrect orders; and customer service is great too. The only improvement I'd suggest is having the ability to view your ongoing order status (refill) after the initial order (90-day period) and a convenient way to request updates to the formula (if any) directly through the order page, without the need for email or phone contact. Besides that, it's been a fantastic experience.

Talia was SO helpful and SO patient with me as I asked tons of questions! She helped me come up with different formulas that could accommodate different needs I had so that I could choose the best one for me. I would highly recommend this service and will update my review when I start taking the vitamins!
