I was nervous about trying Vitamin Lab, but the staff are excellently trained professionals who are so very helpful in assisting me creating the best health possible and they try to make the process seamless and easy.
Excellent quality of vitamins! I found the website very user friendly and easy to navigate. The Customer Service following was excellent. Great experience overall.
Unclear billing. This company uses a subscription-based method to hide the true cost of their products. The price you see listed is actually on a monthly billing cycle, not a 90-day billing cycle so you end up paying 3x what the listed price is. Many of the ingredients are also highly synthetic, I had an unfavorable reaction and can no longer use the products I paid a copious amount of money for.

Really impressed by the personalized vitamin solutions from VitaminLab. The service and pro-active approach from their in-house Nutrition Consultant makes it a great experience. And the subscription comes at a good price point. Highly recommended to improve your health.
Great consultation, and a great product as delivered. I'm building a healthy vitamin habit with a product I feel like is truly customizable and unique to me, and I'm confident I can change and swap out ingredients as needed as my needs change.
You can design your own vitamin supplement and make changes quarterly to your formula. VitaminLab is very flexible in helping to keep costs down and getting the right formula.
It is wonderful to have the simplicity to have all of the vitamins as well as the different supplements that I need in one formula. When I first started taking my formula over a year ago I noticed immediately that they were extremely high quality. Each request I made the staff went out of their way to help me. I feel really great so to me it is well worth the cost.
I only wish that I can order directly from you and not a third party

The vitamins causes such chest pain and I tried them by swallowing the pills and opening them up. Worst thing I've ever tasted and it still caused chest pain and neasue. It wasn't clear on the website that there were no refunds or returns. And they were very rude about it. I wouldn't have gotten them if I new that. They said they would keep remaking my formula but they wouldn't send my a full 3 months that I paid for they would only replace 2 months. So I'm just overall very unhappy with my experience and I'm out 300$ now because of it.

I have been trying to cancel for two days. Nobody will call me back or acknowledge my emails or online chats. I will post a new review daily about how I am being treated until I get a resolution.

I have been with VitaminLab for a number of years - and can't say enough good things about the company, the product - and - the customer service.
I have loved the ability to personalize my vitamins; making adjustments to amounts and even to which vitamins, minerals and other supplements I want in my multiple. I love the smell of the capsules when I open the container.
And - I especially appreciate the customer service. Both my questions and requests are responded to promptly and well. I have worked with Anika most often and find her to always be kind, helpful, efficient, and going the extra mile. Great company, product, and customer service! Colette
I had a great experience with VitaminLab review of the current ingredients in my supplements. The two people I dealt with, Anika(customer service) and Talia (supplement review), were helpful, constructive, and caring. When I made the appointment with Talia, it was honored. It was not cancelled or postponed. I thought Talia had reviewed my circumstances well before our meeting, so her comments were to the point and very helpful. She also reminded me to consult my doctor regarding the suggested additions, since I have various prescriptions and existing health issues. I think the company is doing well because of the individualized, personal attention and helpful attitudes of both Anika and Talia. I appreciate that Talia seemed to have the right credentials to help me, also.

The people in the company are very friendly and are very transparent about what’s going into your vitamin formula and why. It was great doing the review after the first 3 months of taking the vitamins. We reviewed how I was feeling and made sure the dosages were still where they needed to be, any needed adjustments were easy. It’s great that you get a full 3 months sent at a time, it makes it easier to plan everything out!

Vitamin Lab has always given me excellent and professional service. There are many ways they can help someone in their search for what vitamins and supplements are best for an individual. This is a subscription service that is impossible to manage due to terrible customer tools and zero customer service. I requested to pause my subscription for 90 days in November and was billed in December for the vitamins shipped in November. To request the pause in shipment, it was very challenging to find the information to be able to pause my subscription. January (this month) they charge me for vitamins which was an off-cycle charge, certainly not in line with my request to pause, and I received no product, just the charge. I sent an email to their customer service team. As a result, I am cancelling because companies that don't operate above board are not going to get my hard earned dollars.

I ended up with vitamin lab because I had 23 and me and they marketed a fun sounding resource called GenoPalate. GenoPalate is supposed to help you “eat for your genes! Well from there I ended up getting snookered into a vitamin subscription. Truth be told I enjoyed the vitamins. I think they’re pretty good and I did see some improvements in my hair and my general feeling of well-being and I’m not saying I’m someone who didn’t take vitamins before.
But after about a year and a half, I decided that $60 a month was kind of a lot to spend on vitamins in the form of a subscription and also we were beginning to think about spending some time away from our primary home, so I wanted to Cancel or change the subscription. Also, I needed to start taking some more heavy duty, calcium supplements, and I needed to allocate my vitamin spend differently.
Well, there’s no canceling. Meanwhile, I’m getting marketed to by the people at GenoPalate, who seem blissfully, unaware that there’s literally no way to change anything about your subscription with vitamin lab. So they’re trying to sell me a new thing and they don’t seem to know that there will be no way to alter or stopped the one I already have. I would be getting double charged for sure.
No one is home at vitamin lab. No one works at vitamin lab and when you go to the website and update your information you find you have NO order history? WHICH IS REALLY SAD WHEN THEY’VE BEEN CHARGING YOU $60 A MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR NO HISTORY? BOY THAT MAKES YOU FEEL UNAPPRECIATED.
Then you add to the fact that when you call the company they answer then fake transfer you then ring and ring and then you end up leaving a voicemail. I’ve done this ever since December and now it’s the middle of January and no one has ever called me back.
In early January I tried 23 and me they told me they didn’t sell vitamins so they don’t even remember that they were the ones who introduced us.
I went back to GenoPalate who you also can’t reach by the phone but they have been somewhat more helpful on email. GenoPalate is trying to be nice about it.They say they’re going to reach someone at vitamin lab. I’m pretty sure they won’t be able to reach anyone in vitamin lab because I’m sure no one works at vitamin lab. I’m sure it’s all outsourced offshore and there’s no actual people. it’s a computer and a lab somewhere in like Africa making vitamins.
So finally, I had to go back to my c card and just cancel it there.
I would say don’t sign up. Unless you’re really looking forward to spending weeks of your life trying to cancel one day.
There are other supplement companies that are really well organized. This is not one of them.

I went onto the site on a late night and thought of how cool it is that I can make my own supplements. So I made one consisting of some cheap vitamins (most vitamin d, c, and so on). I go to check out and see that is says Total/mo $41. How awesome, 90 capsules that I made for only 41 bucks? Amazing! Except its not, that 90 capsule tub doesn't cost 41, its costs $120 because its a subscription model where you pay for ONE product over THREE months.
What other company that sells vitamins has such an absurd subscription model? And NOT ONCE throughout the site does it ever show the TOTAL amount the product actually costs (the $120), not once. Its so obvious that they did they on purpose to be deceptive as possible. They got me good to say the least, but hopefully people see that this site is not to be trusted as they do not blatantly show the real cost of what their products actually cost which is deceptive.

Eleven days after I asked them to cancel I still don’t have confirmation. Any time it’s this difficult to cancel a subscription the integrity of the organization must be questioned. Have been asked to call “support” who never picks up. Their “Customer Experience Person” also seems not to pick up
