They had what I needed (almost no one else did), and at a very reasonable price (and free delivery). It was delivered quickly and exactly as described. Throughout the transaction, their communication was excellent. I wish all suppliers were as good.

Easy to use website, but had a query about delivery cost; answered in full very quickly with a friendly overtone. This was a small order but I and my order were treated professionally and with 100% attention to customer satisfaction. Carrier delivered right on time without any damage. All in all this supplier shows how easily it can be done! Other suppliers (for many other products or services) leave a lot to be desired so G-Force get an unreserved excellent review.

I researched the on-line market and found a number of options that met my product requirements but only G-Force Direct offered the right price, low delivery charge and prompt delivery. I received the item, a Euro Plastic pallet, within the week of requesting it and it was well packaged. I’d strongly recommend them.

Ordered some fixed-lid totes for storage and they arrived in just 2 days. Better price than anywhere else in the UK and perfect products. I'll definitely be back for more.

The tank I ordered as a replacement for a water butt was perfect, perfect dimensions for the difficult space it was needed for and purchased the lid too. Looks great quality and the fact it's made from recycled materials is excellent.

Great product! Very happy with it. Haven’t installed as yet but product looks of very good quality, just what I needed.

Outstanding customer service. The unit I ordered arrived the next day. unfortunately, it had suffered some minor damage during transit.
I sent an email, with pictures, asking for a replacement & within 30 minutes I had a call from G-Force (I think it was Sam) who said a new unit would be sent asap. It arrived the next day!
It is so refreshing to deal with a company who values customers in this way, even if dealing with a one off small value order.
I cannot praise this company highly enough.

From order to delivery to return and replacement when the item was too big (my fault entirely), Sam and Will were there at the end of the phone providing excellent customer service. I haven’t used the product yet (holding fish tank) but it was just what I needed at a very reasonable price. I recommend them unreservedly.

If you are looking at G-Forces website, then look no further. I spent alot of time comparing sites and I ended up here. Fantastic great quality products at a very attractive price, but it doesn't stop there with G-Force. There attention to customer service is high on there agenda.
