My onboarding with Giant was smooth from start to finish. The process was clear and straightforward, and I always knew what the next step was. Nazmul was particularly helpful throughout. He was responsive, answered my questions promptly and made the whole thing easy. I’d happily recommend Giant to anyone going through onboarding.

Hayley paulyn was great
Hayley paulyn was great, I’ve had to chase 3 different companies for P60s & reference letters & was constantly told they’d get back to me instead of handling the problem in the moment.
Hayley however actually wanted to help, which is greatly appreciated.

Excellent Onboarding Experience with Giant
I had a great experience with Giant during the onboarding process. The team was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. Sabahat Razaq was especially supportive and guided me through the process clearly, making everything smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent, and any queries were handled efficiently. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Giant to others.

Reliable and responsive Umbrella Company
I have been with Giant for a few months and have received excellent service throughout. Whenever I have had a query, the team have been easy to contact, responsive and helpful.
Zoe Pritchard in particular has been incredibly helpful and proactive in addressing my queries. She recently worked quickly to resolve an issue with my pension deduction, and I can not fault the level of service she has provided. She is a real credit to the company and consistently demonstrates Giant’s high standards of customer service.
I would happily recommend Giant to colleagues looking for an umbrella company.
