Reliable and responsive Umbrella Company
I have been with Giant for a few months and have received excellent service throughout. Whenever I have had a query, the team have been easy to contact, responsive and helpful.
Zoe Pritchard in particular has been incredibly helpful and proactive in addressing my queries. She recently worked quickly to resolve an issue with my pension deduction, and I can not fault the level of service she has provided. She is a real credit to the company and consistently demonstrates Giant’s high standards of customer service.
I would happily recommend Giant to colleagues looking for an umbrella company.

Great consultant
I was recommended by a friend of mine to Giant Group. I was then contacted by a consultant by the name of Geneses Pizarra. Geneses has been very patient and helpful with me since August due to the situation I had to wait for. Once everything was ready to go this week, he onboarded me smoothly and explained to me the information that I needed to know. I want to thank Geneses for his professionalism and patience.

Nazmul - exceptional service

Had a very positive onboarding
Had a very positive onboarding experience with Giant. The process was straightforward and I received good support throughout.
