When you have a service your engineer not only cures any problem you have but future proof s your boiler against problems you might have in the future by guessing what might go wrong and replacing the possible ageing part's

Discovered water under my boiler . Called Gledhill 08.15 Engineer arrived and it was all sorted and fixed by 12.00 noon .. Fantastic service very knowledgeable and efficient Engineer.. Thank you .

Brilliant Service
Gledhill were brilliant from the start. They were very professional and explained all the options clearly to me. Aaron was the engineer who came to fix the issue, he quickly identified the problem. But not only did he fix it, he also identified other defects that could have caused problems in the near future if left unattended and spared the time to make the necessary repairs. Aaron was friendly, patient and clearly very good at his job. Thank you again.

I reported we had no hot water on a Saturday morning, the customer service lady explained how we could get hot water via the booster and booked the engineer for Monday but he ran out time but called first thing Tuesday. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes,excellent service.

Good response time
Good response time to sort out water temperature. Had requested service but advised this would not be available until February.
The engineer was very helpful fixing the temperature issue and he also re-pressured the tank.

I had a really positive experience with…
I had a really positive experience with Gledhill Response. It did take a few visits to fully resolve the issue, but the team never gave up until everything was working perfectly. The engineers were professional, polite, and tidy, and in the end they got it right. I appreciate their persistence and commitment to making sure the job was done properly—definitely a company I’d recommend. Also I recomment the flat fee if you have a pulsacoil.

Luke H was brilliant!
Had been without hot water for nearly 3 weeks until Luke turned up, took a lot longer than first expected but he was thorough and done a brilliant job in getting us back up and running and finally had a hot shower the moment he left. Couldn’t be more grateful for his professionalism, hard work and determination to getting our system back working as it should be. Thank you!

Electramate call out
We've used Gledhill to maintain an Electramate heating system in a tenanted flat. The recent call out resolved the issue and our tenant was happy with the service.

Gledhill were absolutely brilliant
Gledhill were absolutely brilliant. They fixed my hot water issue quickly and at a very reasonable price given other companies had suggest changing the boiler at an extortionate cost. The engineer was fast (fixed the boiler in 10 minutes), polite, and mindful of my personal possessions. Over all excellent service and repair. Highly recommend Gledhill and the response team.

My service call answered promptly by a helpful individual without tiresome options.
Engineer call arranged with 1 week to my convenience . Arrived on time took his boots off, confirmed cause of issue ( failed thermostat on shower - replaced within ten minutes, problem cited and away in fifteen. No mess and all very courteous.
