Assessment and Diagnosis of ADHD Training
The training was very professional and expertly delivered by the trainers. They made sure that we understood the content matter and they were very helpful if any of the attendees were experiencing any technical difficulties. I would highly recommend this course if you want to learn how to assess and diagnose ADHD.

Avoid at all cost
This is my original review, which flagged as defamatory
“Avoid at all cost. They are operating like professional scammers, do not deceive by their professional look.”
This is my explanation and full details of my experiences and hope, it will help others.
I signed up for this membership expecting useful resources, employer connections, and practical support, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver on any of those promises. After paying £199 for the first year, I quickly realised the content was very limited—mostly basic templates and what looked like AI-generated materials, with no real value for professional development.
I accepted the loss for the first year and decided not to continue. However, I was then charged another £199 for a second year without any prior notification or reminder. As far as I understand, automatic renewals should come with advance notice, but I received none.
I contacted the company multiple times, but communication was difficult—there’s no phone number or clear physical address, only email. Their responses were dismissive, and I was told a refund wasn’t possible, essentially “it is what it is.” This felt very unprofessional.
Only after I left a review and a colleague of mine who is running like a union for pharmacist reached them, they reach out and offer a resolution, which says a lot about how they handle customer concerns.
From a professional perspective, I also completed CPD with them and joined their “network,” but in my honest opinion, it’s not worth it. There’s a lot of hype around ADHD and assessor-related roles, but in reality, employers are not hiring based on basic CPD certificates alone—especially from providers like this. There are far more in-depth and credible training options available if you’re serious about entering the field.
It’s also important to highlight how their courses are presented. While it may not be a legal requirement to include “CPD” in the title, it should be made absolutely clear that these are CPD courses—not formal training or regulated qualifications. In this case, the courses are advertised as “courses” or “training,” which can be misleading, as they do not provide recognised or accredited qualifications.
Overall, this feels like a very money-driven organisation that overpromises and underdelivers. I believe it’s important for others—especially professionals considering this path—to be aware of my experience.

The renewal was processed because an automatic renewal instruction had been authorised as part of the customer’s subscription. An automatic recurring payment is based on the payment authorisation provided when the subscription is set up. It is not a payment manually initiated by a member of our team accessing a customer’s bank account, and we do not have access to customers’ personal bank accounts.
Our membership provides access to professional resources, learning materials, networking, career support and ongoing opportunities within the Global ADHD Network. Our clinical courses are clearly described as continuing professional development training, and we do not represent completion of a course as guaranteeing employment.
We are sorry that you did not feel the membership provided the value you were looking for. Our team has attempted to engage directly regarding the concerns raised and remains happy to communicate with you through the appropriate channels.

ADHD management course, an awesome experience.
My experience was loaded with information I never had before and never even imagined. There were detailed teachings and exposition and the engagement with other participants in the breakout group was so beneficial. It was really a wonderful experience and was worth it.
