Terrible company
I am extremely disappointed with golf Care and with how this matter has been handled.
To date, I have attended over 40 hospital appointments, undergone four surgeries, and been admitted to hospital on three separate occasions with my eye pressure ranging from 1 to 85+ .
Despite everything I have been through, I still have not regained full sight in one eye.
I have contacted your company on numerous occasions, yet there have been times when I have received no response at all. To then be offered just £50 as compensation is, in my opinion, wholly inadequate and does not reflect the seriousness of what has happened.
As the owner of one of the largest golf companies in the North of England, I have a significant presence across social media and online platforms. Until now, I have deliberately chosen not to share my experience publicly, as I had hoped this matter could be resolved fairly and professionally.
Very disappointed .

New Policy The price of the policy is very competitive, I did find the service a little difficult to follow because I was unable to put my information into the keypad
Everything was fine, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t receive the free golf ball’s, the reason I was given was I was renewing the policy even though I had a two year gap, and this is a new policy.

Just to let you know, our free gifts can take up to 28 working days to arrive from the start date of your policy. This timeframe includes the 14-day cooling-off period, as well as the time needed for processing, packaging, and delivery.
As your policy start date is 31st, you're still within this delivery window. If your golf balls haven't arrived after the 28 working days have passed, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate this further for you.
