Great company, very cheap but great golf insurance and you get free balls, would recommend them.

The customer service from Golf Care has been exceptional. I first dealt with Jake and then Teigan took over in another department. Both members of the company really handled my queery professionally and efficiently. This level of customer service is not the norm these days. Thank you.

I feel as if the process could be easier to sign up the system seemed to keep looping must have entered my details 8 times but eventually got it sorted, hopefully if you have to make it’s a bit easier fingers crossed I will never have to.

Dont want to pay out on claims
BEWARE great to set up and the policy and freebies looks good but when it comes to claims it’s quite a different story, they use third a party company to handle claims and it’s clear from the outset there goal is prevent or reduce any claims. Just started a claim for my golf trolley which has been run over it’s clear they don’t want to pay out so many obstacles in your way and the information you have to provide is ridiculous all so, as the advisor said, they can see if they can claim back from another source . Despite having insurance with them they even wanted our house insurance details to see if we could go down that route. THEY JUST DONT WANT TO PAY OUT. Our car insurance was far easier to sort we provided much less information and that was processed within 48hrs

Excellent product…
Great value for money and excellent options regarding the cover. Had a slight issue trying to make a payment for the insurance policy and it took 3 attempts but got there in the end.
