My wife purchased an umbrella for me 18 months ago which got damaged when I went to use it. Although the item was out of warranty, they were still able to contact the company that made it and got me a replacement. This sort of customer service is really hard to find these days and really is appreciated.

Great clubs and service
Clubs arrived ontime - 3 wood was out of stock once ordered but phoned to let me know and was delivered promptly. Also arranged additional driver cover as initial was scuffed on arrival. Great service will definitely use again in future.
