5 stars aren't enough!
In October I bought a set of Taylormade irons which improved my game.
In December I went for a woods fitting but none performed better than my own so they would not sell me any.
I came back in March and the perfect set of Ping woods were found for me.
The staff at GolfGearDirect are so honest, they only sell what you need. No flannel.
Oh and my game has improved immensely.

Placed an order for a bag and full set of clubs with an option added. This was shown as 3 - 5 day delivery. On day 4 I called to query the dispatch, I was informed a few clubs were missing from the set and they were waiting on delivery. Nobody had bothered to get in touch to say there was stock issues. I'm now a week down the line, 2 clubs I have paid for are still not with me and nobody has responded to my email chasing this.

The clubs and bag they did send came promptly and as expected so no complaints there.

Everything else from a customer service view has been very poor and I'm wondering where I would be if I hadn't called after 4 days to arrange a part delivery.

Excellent Service. Booked in for full bag fitting. As a newbie was worried I'd make a fool of myself, Gary set me at ease straight away. Talked through everything I needed. Would highly recommend these to anyone looking for custom fitting, new to golf or seasoned pro!
