Ordered 'Kontrol Krystols Economy Bag'. Checked tracking history, shows picked up by Hermes on 3rd Oct. '23 - with a tracking no. - 20th Oct and still no sign of delivery. Complaint via Amazon complaints system getting nowhere. I'll have to try and get money back via credit card co.
Reading other reviews, this appears to be a scam company.

Ordered through Goods Wholesale on 29th September Cuprinol paint to be told it would arrive 5th Octover, then again 7th but nothing received. Then that the order had got lost & for me to contact Yodel but its not my responsibility to contact the courier but for the business bought from. I'm still waiting. They are fraudulent.

Ordered weed killer from amazon and 2 weeks later nothing delivered and tracking number for yodel say they haven’t received package yet. Seller never replies and I’m having problems getting refund as Amazon keeps pushing date further and further before I can get help.
I’ve just realised I’ve also bought compost on 13th from this same place on Amazon. Oh god that ain’t arriving then. This one has a Hermes tracking number and once again as of 19th Hermes has not received the package yet. Definitely won’t be getting that delivered by looks of it and another fight to get refund urghhh

Same story as many. Placed an order, becomes marked as dispatched to Yodel. Yodel tracking number shows still awaiting item from seller, even contacted Yodel. Seller does not reply to messages. Companies House history for director is informative. Waiting for Amazon A-Z refund.

Do not buy . Ordered paint no sign of it . Ordered off Amazon . No communication. Avoid avoid !!!

Ordered silicone from this company via Amazon, according to Yodel tracking they never even sent it. Didn't reply to my message on Amazon either, luckily Amazon instantly refunded after 48h. Avoid!

I order some fire lighters in bulk from this company on Amazon. They say dispatched. Delivery company Yodel say waiting for supplier. No goods either way 3 weeks now £27 out of pocket you can’t talk to any (not easy) and chat configuration puts you back to seller.

An order placed via Amazon on the 6th.October. Promised delivery between 11th and 13th. According to the Yodel Tracker, the items currently remain with the sender, and are still waiting to collect the delivery. The mounting evidence may appear to suggest that this is a SPAM Company, and one which should be avoided at all costs. In fact one of the key People currently and closely associated with this Enterprise appears to have an emerging history and track record of dissolving Companies, according to a UK Government website! It simply beggars belief that Amazon has hitherto failed to take action against this Company, by removing it from it's Third Party Partner listing, to avoid the inevitable risk of incurring reputational damage to its Brand!!

Stole my money never sent my item over 3 weeks. Send you a fake yodel tracking number. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered some grouting from them on 29th sept. Should of arrived within the week. The tracking was showing carrier picked up, then nothing no further tracking available. I requested 3 times for a refund. They answered once asking me to wait two more days. It was the w/e so I did. Nothing appeared. I had to complain to Amazon who are arranging me a refund. This so called company is bad news avoid at all cost. A bunch of cowboy con merchants.

Placed an order through Amazon on the 6th.October. Promised delivery by 16th. According to Yodel they are still waiting to collect the delivery. Cannot understand why Amazonm continues to support companies like this.

Bought two things via Amazon.
They say "despatched" but the courier site says "with sender" so never despatched.
Contact the seller, not interested in a credit but will send a replacement. Same again, despatched, not sent.
It seems to me a bit of a loop hole here in that the issue keeps getting kicked down the road. The credit will eventually come via the A-Z guarantee but in the meantime I presume this company is benefiting from the money?
I would avoid unless you want to tie up your money for a couple of weeks.

Ordered through Amazon and parcel did not arrive "may be lost"! Asked the company for a refund or replacement, I was told the replacement would be sent immediately. Over a week later it had not arrived and they would not respond to further messages to them. Amazon dealt with it and I got a quick refund. Well done Amazon. Do not buy from Goods Wholesale Ltd

Dreadful! Avoid this company.Amazon says my parcel was handed to courier on 2 October.The courier,Yodel says they have not received it. There does not seem to be a way to speak to a human either at Goods Wholesale or Yodel.

I purchased paint via Amazon. They didn't send anything out, even though tracking was provided. I waited a few days after the delivery date had passed, ended up buying from somewhere else and asking for a refund. Really not sure what the point was, and why bother to waste peoples time? All the previous reviews are correct.

Ordered winter grass feed from this company and it never arrived. They said it had been sent but Evri said it was still with sender. Now having to obtain refund from Amazon. Avoid this company.

Scamming company. Take payment and don't send your items. Avoid.
