Update on order from the 23of sep now the 6oct and not got it Evri told me it’s not even left seller joke this is a scam I orderd from another company had it within 2days Amazon are refunding me but don’t understand why they would want coustomers to be treated so bad AVOID

Bought a tin of sandtex masonry paint off this firm on Amazon they kept saying it's despatched but the carrier Yodel says they still have it, nearly two weeks have passed and no communication from them apart from the first time I complained about none delivery they said they would send another?but they'd never sent any,after seeing all these negative reviews of them no wonder I've be let down,stay clear from this terrible company.

Non delivery.
Stated carrier collected the goods but on checking tracking carrier has not had the goods.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT.
AMAZON EVIDENTLY DO NOT CHECK ON THIRD PARTY SELLERS.
HAVE SHUT MY ACCOUNT WITH AMAZON.
PATHETIC AND SHAMBOLIC SERVICE.

Ordered tin off Dulux paint said delivery 2-3 days never arrived no communication from there had to get a refund off Amazon AVOID THIS COMPANY

They said they had sent it, Yodel said it was still at Goods Wholesale. GW then said there was a "slight delay" & pushed back the date from which I could ask for a refund. They ignored all subsequent messages from me until, eventually, Amazon agreed to refund. Even now, Yodel tracking shows it as being with the sender. I know Yodel have a poor reputation but (a) why use a poor carrier and (b) why ignore queries. The same item is now being sold on the same Amazon Marketplace store for rather more than I paid a couple of weeks ago.

I ordered 18 tub Weedol weedkiller and recieved two boxes totalling 18 doses of weedol only problem being they were a year out of date! I had to return these items AT MY OWN EXPENSE, and I had to chase up my refund. Avoid this company, complete scam artists.

Arrived smashed. Asked for proof but can't send proof via amazon. Also, why on earth would I make it up?? They didn't box it so can hardly be surprised that yodel would smash it!

Ordered via amazon, delivery due 26th July didn't arrive, sent message, received, very sorry to hear will re send asap. 13th August and 3 further messages to them no reply, still no goods order cancelled via amazon refund received.

Shocking service, sending an alternative item to the one described and bought on their selling site via Amazon. No reason given for the change of product, and no chance to reject, which I would have done if they had told me in advance. When package arrived, both the outer and inner bags were ripped open, I assume as a way of ensuring that I could not return the item. I have since requested a full refund, but they are stalling. As usual Amazon themselves are being of no help.

This company failed twice to deliver my item and so must be regarded as unreliable.

Ordered 2 tins of paint from Amazon with this Company with delivery within a few days. Notified on expected delivery date that item would be delayed and would arrive within another week. Nothing received and no communication from seller. Requested a refund from Amazon. Avoid this company.

I ordered a Curver Dog Food Container at £53. I arrived badly broken and unusable. Unfortunately my husband had already disposed of the box it came in. I contacted Amazon who want me to wrap it and take it to an Evri pick up point?? I have no idea where this is! Even if I knew I could not get there. I'm a 76 year old nearly blind woman without any transport. Unfortunately no alternative means of returning the item is offered by Amazon. I am most unhappy as it seems I may have just wasted £53.

I ordered what was described as a 75ltr Gorrila tub. i got a 60ltr cheap fake. They even put a little video of a genuine 75ltr tub for you to watch. When i reported this to Amazon the video was removed. No other action that i know of was taken by Amazon. They must be happy for Goods Wholesale Store to behave as they do. Goods Wholesale Store asked for photographic evidence when i sent it with an explanation of the difference in US Gallons and imperial gallons i was offered a partial refund which i accepted. Its going to make think twice before buying from Amazon in future.

Wrong item sent nearly 3 weeks later. Paid for return. Had to constantly add my delivery receipt over and over. Finally nearly 1 month later issued a refund for wrong item but still no receipt for my delivery return of £9.19. Amazon are impossible to get in touch with. This will put people off buying from a 3rd party.
Such a pity as Amazon ate usually good but they too were terrible with this and have not resolved this in full

I ordered lawn weed and feed, now over a week ago with my order not being delivered. I think this website is a scam too. Completely avoid.
Will probably contact trading standards. As other reviews are just as bad.

Scam company. Took payment but no confirmation email and ignored my queries. Avoid.

Did not deliver,kept saying being dispatched by Evri,just lies got full refund from Amazon,do not touch this scam company,all reviews same as mine

Item didn’t arrive, said would send replacement. Over a month later it did not arrive and no refund even though requested numerous times.

They are refusing to refund my £15.11 for un-delivered item. They say £12.95 will be refunded because £2.16 would be deducted for what they are calling ( Item tax refund).Basically charging me for their inability to deliver my order! I should be given a full refund.I have discovered looking online that this is basically two men (chancers) who have ceased to trade from several addresses, even insolvency! Don't have anything to do with them as they are rogue traders using Amazon as a vehicle to con people.Amazon needs to vet the people they let on their site!
