Staff incredibly helpful
It was amazing. Luciana was incredibly helpful and picked out the perfect equipment for my Duke of Edinburgh expedition. I will certainly be coming here for all of my outdoor kit from now on

Fantastic service and help
Luciana was absolutely fantastic in helping my daughter select her DoE kit. Really great advice on the right upgrades where they made long term sense. Highly recommended.

Good range of boots and general outdoor gear, friendly helpful staff. Quick, knowledgeable service. Manager got a bit cross with her team in earshot of customers, rather unprofessional! Prices erratic!

Really helpful, sold us what we needed but didn't oversell, Luciana was brilliant using her experiences to help with quite a difficult shopping list. We will most likely be back for a rucksack fitting

First time visiting and it was great experience. I went there to prepare my son's DofE stuff. Veronika and George are excellent and really helpful to find right size and right stuff for my son. Definitely, I will re visit this shop again!

Excellent help from staff
The staff was very kind and understanding when we were trying on different sizes of shoes and explained really clearly on the benefits of each product. Special mention to George as he guided us through everything we nedded and even kept it safe for us. Brilliant service.
