The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful giving advice for what would be best, the membership gives loads of discount so i definitely recommend.

Fishing starter kit advice
Went in for a fishing starter kit for my Son. Nathan could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond to set up his reel with the line and talking him through each step.

Customer service 10/10 Shop itself 10/10
I came to the Sunderland branch for a new backpack. I was impressed with how well the store is presented and the top brands that it offers; Rab, Osprey, Columbia etc.
Sue was awesome and was a delight to talk to. It’s nice to be able to have a conversation with someone so smiley and helpful. Made my experience 10/10

We are sorry to hear that your Click & Collect order was not delivered to the selected store within the expected timeframe. We understand that this delay, along with the lack of communication, has caused considerable inconvenience and uncertainty. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Your contact with us via our webform has been review and whilst your enquiry was received an automated response was sent with self-service options and instructions on how to request further assistance.
From checking your order we can see that this is showing to have been collected from the collection address on the 04th of August.

Great customer service
I was struggling to find the right pair of walking shoes and Neil was a massive help. He brought out loads of pairs and was really patient and friendly. A huge credit to the store.

Very good customer service
Visited the store a couple of times in the last week for a new gas canister for my Campervan and bought some clothing whilst there. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Ruby was very attentive and helpful with a return that I had.
