Bought my Grandson a winter coat.
I ordered a winter coat for my Grandson online and saved the shipping costs by arranging to collect in store. The whole process was a painless and the staff could not have been nicer. If the coat does not fit they will take it straight off you and return it!
I have shopped at several Go Outdoors stores and the staff have never disappointed. My recommendation is that you buy a discount card in store it will save you a fortune and you get texts for upcoming offers.

Excellent all round
Excellent all round. Firstly, free trollies outside the front door. Served by 4 female staff members on my visit. All very polite and friendly and helpful as I needed to send my trolley up in the lift and back down again. Bought everything I needed. Sue helped me become a member for a fiver and I saved 67 pounds at the till. Left the store feeling very happy. Store was clean and well laid out and plenty stock. Plenty free car parking. Would recommend. Thank you Sunderland store!

The excellent store assistant 'Karen'…
We were served by the assistant 'Karen' as my wife and I were looking for 'approach' type shoes for everyday wear.
She was very attentive to us both and was very happy to find different shoes for us to try on in the correct sizes.
Eventually we settled on a pair of size 3 Peter Storm's for my wife and a pair of size 10 Columbia's for me.
A very satisfying experience overall and we shall return.

Brilliant!
Really glad we came here for the sons bike instead of another local retailer!
We spoke to a brilliant gent called David. He took the time to ensure the bike was a perfect fit & assembled correctly, really showed a genuine interest, even getting a high five from the son on the way out!
We will definely return for our next purchase.

I rang the the night before to enquire…
I rang the the night before to enquire if the had a particular size and style of sandal . I was told they did and kept it for me to collect the next day as I didn't live close by.
They immediately got them for me .
Great service ( had broken a toe and needed that shoe to be able to go on holiday)
