Great customer service
I was struggling to find the right pair of walking shoes and Neil was a massive help. He brought out loads of pairs and was really patient and friendly. A huge credit to the store.

Very good customer service
Visited the store a couple of times in the last week for a new gas canister for my Campervan and bought some clothing whilst there. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Ruby was very attentive and helpful with a return that I had.

Staff very pleasant
Called into the Sunderland branch this morning for a pair of walking training shoes and the assistance Karen pull out all the stops. She was very helpful and nothing was a problem. We go every time when we need anything outdoorsy and all the staff are pleasant and friendly.

Poor Customer Service
Very disappointed with the poor customer service given by the young lady who served me today.
She gave no attention whatsoever and was more interested in chatting and giggling with her colleague about taking a video of someone outside, which her colleague was unable to do in time.

Friendly helpful staff.
Neil was so helpful in a laid back no pressure sort of way. He was very knowledgeable about hiking boots which was great because I didn't have a clue. I picked a pair which were not in stock in my size. Neil brought an alternative pair which I loved.

Nathan a credit to Go outdoors Sunderland
Just been in to Go outdoors Sunderland. I'm a sea angler, not course or carp, yet I am visiting a lake this weekend with my son for some fun. Nathan proper sorted me out. Told me everything I needed to know and what gear I needed to get started. He even took the time to show me how to connect the rig up.

easy to order however when i went to collect my order from the shop the collection point was upstairs and no lifts i also had my 2 young grand children with me the sales assistant took my details and went upstairs to get my order just fantastic service
