I purchased a gift voucher for a family members birthday. They do like visiting Gordon Riggs so I thought this was the perfect gift. Ordered and delivered without any problems.

Excellent customer service, very happy with whole experience

Another very enjoyable visit to Gordon Riggs Todmorden. A long drive for us from Southport but so very pleasant to arrive there. The Garden Cafe lunch,as always , was superb, all the staff are pleasant and helpful. The displays throughout the store are very well designed and tempting. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Easy to order on line and very friendly drivers who delivered my bulk buy of compost and bark.

I've always really liked Gorden Rigg Walsden and the most recent Improvements have really put the store amongst the best . However the one thing that spoils the experience for me is loud music quite blaring. Gardening is supposed a quite peaceful , natural mindful thing. I found it hard to concentrate. Something gentler to create a calm ambience would be better .

Just to mention a lady who works on customer care (I think she’s called Jackie) at Rochdale Gordon Riggs, thank you for your help and service, when I bought a wooden bench and a few other things. It shows how hard you work and a good asset to the company.
