Service was great start to finish
Service was great start to finish. I didn’t have any appropriate packaging for the pick up of my son’s iPad but that wasn’t a problem, when it was collected the day after my claim was made the driver packed it all securely before it left my house.
The repair timeframe was 7 days but repairs were completed in 5 days and the iPad was sent back to us the next day and again was packaged up securely.
They sent me communication throughout the whole process.
For my son who has autism and quite frankly needs his tablet to help regulate himself I couldn’t be more thankful with how quick and easy this whole process was!

I was kept informed when my device was going to be collected and when it would be delivered. Both on time. However my charger from previous device didn't fit the new one. No problem. My new charger was here the next day. I was delighted to receive it so quickly.

Although we missed the collection a couple of times, this was really simple to resolve. The repair was quick and we were pleased with the work that was carried out. It was easy to book.

Laptop returned unfixed.
My laptop was stuck at 3%. Sent it in factory reset and with the charger as instructed, it took just shy of a week to get back to me.
Upon return, I powered it up and saw it was on 15%, so I leave it on charge overnight, just to still find it on 15% the next morning.
Contacted Greenbridge to ask what's going on. The online chat representative then asked ME if I think it could be the charger.
I politely reminded that I sent the charger along with the laptop the first time (as instructed!), so that they would be able to fix the problem/s then tell me if it was the charger or battery or mobo or whatever.
Not sure what was done with my laptop the first time around, however I have it booked back in this week for yet another week for them to fix.
I am more than happy to obliterate this one star review and leave a fresh 5 star one, if my laptop/ charger or whatever it is actually comes back fixed this time, but for the time being, I'm sorry but this one star is genuinely deserved.

iPad repaired and returned within a week. It would have been returned quicker but the Easter holiday delayed things. Very happy with customer service and how quickly repair was completed
