It’s was easy and fast and the I pad is good thank you

Amazing service from Green Bridge from start to finish. They collected my iPad the same day I contacted them and returned it fully repaired in under a week. Greenbridge are very reliable and a good company they fixed my daughters computer in a couple of days and they keep you up to date with everything that is happening

Quick pick up and delivered as promised. All the equipment and laptop were diagnosed and fixed.

Repair and delivery was very fast and efficient. However, my device was beyond repair and trying to fix it only caused more problems with the screen and battery upon return.

Fast pick up time and i was also informed date and a time of pick up. Grate commnuication i missed a dpd pick up i was message stright away that theyll have it sent off on the next delivery. Also gave me a date and time slot for reciving the laptop date it will be inspected and completion time. I can only image their faces when opening my sons laptop that looked like it been through war of a craze Rage quitter. Communication is brill

I was told you had been to my house to collect my laptop but no-one was in. WRONG! The photo you took showed the house at the end of our drive, not our house. I then had to wait another 4 days to have my laptop picked up. When it was ready I was asked if there was an alternative address for delivery. I gave my next door neighbour's house but you put this as the default address and it was misdelivered 3 times. I therefore spent several days waiting for the delivery. Now it is returned. I am 82 and not very computer literate. It was returned completely wiped of data - which to be fair, you did warn me was possible. But all settings are different and I cannot understand how to find my sites. The internet was still set for your internet which I had to erase before I could look for mine. You said that you had checked my laptop but have not said what went wrong with the computer. All in all, a disappointing experience - shame I couldn't give it no stars.

Excellent repair service and quick turnaround

My laptop was collected, repaired and returned to me in a week. Kept us up to date each stage and given report for the work carried out.

Process was really smooth with regular updates.

Excellent service from start to finish constant updates my son had cracked the screen in his iPad this was picked up from our home in the Friday and was back by the Tuesday I received messages from the time it was collected to the time they received it the work done and it in its way back to us

Unit sent off. Repair identified and fixed and unit returned.
Process only took 7days

When they have fixed items there had been no problem and it's been straightforward however there is always a problem with the delivery side of it but that is down to EVRI not them.
