Order was complete, however I ordered it to be delivered on specific day but it was delivered a day early so had to arrange for someone to receive the order.

Not always great stock levels since local store closed. Now liverpool is gone i have to online order which I dont like.

Ordering and delivering on time

Done a click and collect everything ready on time. The out of stock items was delivered to home. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Hancocks are amazing. Staff are great at the Watford branch and delivery tends to be smooth with DPD. On occasions where there has been damage on transit, there’s no quibbling.

Great service & prices

Wide variety of seasonal sweets to chose from with fast delivery.

We orderly every quarter from Hancocks and they are always good quality sweets.

My items arrived exactly the time that I had been informed of. The products are perfect and delivered with care.

Selection is very good and prices are very competitive when on offer (less so otherwise).

The minimum order for free delivery is very high at £250 ex vat, and the delivery charge for smaller orders is quite steep at £10.99.

Other delivered wholesalers seem to manage much lower MOQs for free delivery, lower delivery charges for smaller orders, and faster delivery.

Missing items seem quite common, you have to check the order carefully. In the past we've also had issues with short dated products that were not clearly labelled as such online.

It's a little strange that the branches and the website seem almost completely separate from each other. No way to shop in branch without a trade account, but no way to use a trade account online. You can click & collect a web order to the branch, but on the handful of occasions I've done so, items have been unavailable and the branch staff have seemed baffled at what to do.

I would not have gone out of my way to write this review, but multiple emails requesting it, days after an order was missing multiple items provoked me into doing so...
