Used this company many times. Great service and great customer after sales.

I don't often take the time to write reviews but in this case the service I received from Handlestore was SO good I thought I should take to the keyboard. I have a very old UPVC door, the handles were drooping and I struggled to match the size when looking for a replacement set. I called and spoke to a customer assistant who was not only immensely helpful but really polite and knowledgeable in guiding me through the measuring process, helping identify a suitable replacement matching set of handles. It was so refreshing to deal with someone prepared to take some time to help and who really knew their products. Thank you so much. The well made handles were received next day, and were incredibly easy to fit, completely resolving all issues leaving me feeling totally satisfied that I had made the right choice in choosing this company for my needs. Thank you again.

I ordered some replacement door handles, and they arrived very quickly. There was some cosmetic damage, but this was very quickly resolved by Karen - she provided first class service and was a pleasure to deal with.
The handles are very high quality and far superior to the product that they replaced.

Poor product. Poor customer service.

Handles cheap and unlike the photo as advertised. The photo shows the thumb turn in a vertical position, in reality it is horizontal with a grub screw permanently showing at the top. Customer service insisted I had installed them incorrectly. After 10 emails they finally agreed they were incorrect. They offered for me to return them as long as they were unused. (They could see from the photos I sent them that they had been fitted). They offered 10% discount saying it was a good will gesture as the handles worked ok. (That’s like ordering a Rolls Royce and receiving a Robin Reliant and being told it’s a car, it works!) Two emails were ignored. One asking for the managers email address. I asked them to at least sell them for the cheaper price they sell them for on Amazon. I was told they are not the same and the ones on Amazon and EBay are cheaper versions! I would not use this company again

I purchased some replacement window handles. Their website was easy to navigate and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The handles were dispatched quickly and easily fitted. Overall, excellent service.

I ordered 12 lever rose door handles just over a week ago. I ordered them on the Tuesday evening and they arrived by the Friday morning, via DPD.

We paid a fairly good price for the door handles and they will do short time but my carpenter (who is installing my doors as I write this) has said they aren’t great quality so that’s my fault for not researching the handles better.

Delivery was super quick and would use again but go for better quality handles.

I’ve just used them for the second time as my first experience of using them was so good.

I bought two external replacement handles for UPVC doors. I ordered them online on Thursday lunchtime, chose the cheapest delivery option and they were with me by Saturday morning.

The handles were great. Very easy to fit.

I wanted to replace our outdated internal door handles with something a bit more modern and found the perfect product at a very reasonable cost. I did have a few questions which were responded do very quickly Delivery was fast and products well packed with amazing customer service and also aftercare when I did have a slight issue, they went above and beyond to resolve.

So glad I found their store . Needed to replace a handle on a double glazed back door.
Visited their site , so many handles but a terrific guide to measurements made it easy to get the one I needed.
Had standard delivery , got here two days later .
Fitted perfectly .

Oh my goodness .. I'm thrilled to bits I stumbled across this wonderful company! My door furniture has just been delivered and it's absolutely fabulous. I went with all black this time and the design and quality is just fantastic. Excellent value for money too! I had a few questions about sizes etc and the customer service team couldn't have been more helpful. They've not been fitted yet but I just know there will be no problems whatsoever. Needless to say I highly recommend!

Customer support was quick to reply to a question and spot on with their advice, great price, delivered next day. I’d definitely use them again.

I bought 3 bathroom handles Z77 along with 10 other types of handle. The bathroom handles have a thumbturn, but the thumbturn spindle is too short to fit a standard 35mm door like mine. I emailed customer service but they don't have longer spindles or anything else that would help - all they offered was to return for a refund. I don't want to do that now, because I've already fitted the other 10 handles, and I'd have to get all of them replaced or they would not match.

Update: 31 March 2023: After emailing Customer Services, Karen sent me 3 new thumbturn spindle assemblies which fit. Problem solved.

Quick delivery and as advertised.

Prompt attention to my request for a change of order and refund to follow. Dispatch and delivery as promised and quality materials.

I ordered 4 handles and the images did not have the handle store logo on the handle itself.
When it arrived surprisingly it turned out it had a handle store logo that could not be removed and they refused a refund on the grounds that at the time of purchase the web site showed the handle with a logo.

Even today the web site shows the handle without a logo something claimed to be updated two weeks ago but this is not the case.

I wish there was a way to retrospectively prove this but its there word against mine sadly.

They have a great selection of handles and their website is very easy to use, with filters to help you narrow down your searches.

The product descriptions are excellent, showing several photos of each item as well as a diagram showing various measurements. I felt confident that the handle I ordered would fit, and it did.

Price are good, and delivery is trackable. I used the 2-4 day delivery option and the handle turned up in under 48 hours.

All in all, excellent!

Slowly changing the locks in our home / outbuildings. We had a problem with the third set of keyed alike locks and I contacted customer service for help.
I was really impressed. They offered to have the locks collected, sorted and returned. This was done very efficiently and quickly, with me being kept informed of progress. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you!

I’ve had great service and great quality products from Handlestore before. A recent issue with supply of mismatched products was resolved quickly after just one phone call. I will definitely use them again.
