Very poor delivery times. Placed an order on 9th December which still hasn’t arrived today 19th December. Emailed customer service, but response was that all orders are delayed due to postal strikes. However, the postal strikes have been well publicised and suppliers are aware of when they are happening, so why not use alternative carriers? Since placing this order, I have ordered from various other suppliers, who have managed to get deliveries to me on maximum of two to three days, in some cases overnight.
Will definitely learn from this experience and not use Handlestore again.

Excellent customer service they helped me choose the correct letter box for my needs, it was delivered next day and was exactly what it said on the box and was the exact replacement for my letterbox which I fitted the same day.

I ordered servers handles for new doors that we are installing in our house. All come on time and as expected very nice handles quality and feel for a very reasonable price- so much so we needed some more for other doors we are purchasing unfortunately I ordered the wrong type and had to have these returned which was very simple and had emails to confirm these have been received back with them and the refund will be processed. All received very easy and quick I’ve already told them I’ll be ordering the correct type asap. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service experience! I ordered replacement door handle and letter box. They arrived the next day and I fitted them the following day. When cleaning them after fitting I noticed a fault on the letter box. I emailed their customer service supported with a photograph. A FOC replacement arrived two days later. Unbelievable in this day and age. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family!

Handles arrived quickly and after a little bit of adjusting the existing door holes, a perfect fit.

Would definitely recommend them.

Avoid like the plague. They market products as being related and give them identical colour descriptions but they actually have entirely different colours. Having mis-sold the products, they then try to get you to pay the return postage rather than dealing with their own mistake. Terrible service.

Outstanding service. Order placed 11.35 Friday. Delivered by 10.30 the following day. The website made it easy to identify the handles I needed and the fitting video is useful. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to say thank you to Karen in customer services for her help with my window handles. It was refreshing to see such a fast response to my emails and excellent knowledge and recommendations of this product.
I purchased 2 x W61 handles and they look great.

I knew nothing about the technicalities of window handles until I read the extremely helpful guidance on Handlestore.com's website. As a result, I was able to get exactly the right handle, sent by return, and fitted by me in minutes. Great service!

Ordered new kitchen door handles 26 in total. Was sceptical as they were at least a 3rd cheaper than other places, but have to say fantastic purchase. The quality was so much better than Magnet, B&Q and Wren. Arrives within 2 working days, all parts in the box. Would highly recommend.

Faulty products provided which Handlestore refused to acknowledge. When they eventually agreed for us return the products at their cost they then claimed we had items missing and we didn't receive a full refund (why would we keep a one-off defective handle would be useless to anyone). We would never use them again and have since bought higher quality products for the same price elsewhere.

i bought some replacement door handles for some uPVC external doors. I had no idea how to do this but followed the easy measuring instructions on the website and they arrived within 2 days (ordered on a Sunday and I was in no big hurry). On fitting I quickly watched the on-line video and in 15 mins I had replaced both back and front door handles. Look perfect and work well. Thanks
