Ordered a kitchen mixer tap from Hapilife through Amazon since it had a 10 year guarentee but it failed after about 3 years. Hot water constantly dripping. Amazon suggested contacting the manufacturer or the seller but it looks like neither of them exist any more/done a runner. Amazon will not replace or refund but are still have the products on their website ?? Hapilife or Unhapilife.

Total waste of money and time fitting the basin mono tap.... latest just 6 months then began to leak constantly

Purchased a mono tap through Amazon uk Checked the tap over before fitting it, found blue heat blemishes on the tap body. Poor quality sent back for refund immediately. Payed a bit more for better quality.

Really wish I had checked these reviews first, We have had issues with the shower converter on the bath mixer tap, tried to message them for help still no reply, tried to call and you get a dead Tone, don't buy from them

Don't under any circumstances buy this brand of tap. After 6 years post installation something snapped inside on the hot water connection on a mono basin tap causing a flood and the ceiling collapsed. 4 days later the cold water tail split and cold water flooded the house for 6 hours before someone arrived home. Pity I can't post photos of the flood damage!!! Pay more for a quality branded product and avoid flood damage.

I bought a mixer tap which started to leak after two years. Customer Services were very friendly, but took some convincing that I deserved a new replacement part. When the part was temporarily unavailable, they sent me a completely new tap. I thought this was excellent service. Thank you.

Ordered a kitchen tap through Amazon Prime. Two weeks after fitting we found a leak from inside the tap itself. We are struggling to get them to send details of how to return for a refund. Read the other reviews as others having the same poor service.

I submitted online forms and have had no response, I have also phoned, but the call either cuts off or they cannot take your call, no answer machine facility. Although their Website is well presented the after sales service appears to none existent. In conclusion I would not recommend this Company. Keep away.

Tap dripping after a year. Sent multiple emails. No support and no contact. AVOID

I purchased a great kitchen tap from Hapilife. A problem developed with the hose after several months but they were quick to respond and fix the problem.

Never ever ever order from here worse place ever, tap dripping after a month, tried emailing and was communicating back and forth till I sent them a video of the spout on their request then totally ignored me for weeks and weeks

Their products are useless but actually very good compared to their customer service is non-existent. If you have any doubts call the number on their website. It's a dead tone (number doesn't dial). All the best with getting a faulty item replaced or refunded.

10 years warranty they give not worth anything they reply order paid for they don't deliver. On website phone number and email address is wrong, it's don't work. Please don't Order anything from this company.
