I’ve been buying from Happy Candy for a while now and am so happy with the sweets they taste lovely and the delivery is quick.I’ve tried others but the taste and standards aren’t the same.

We have been ordering sweets from this company since December and not had one issue. They arrive promptly and with nice little stripped bags. The only issue we have is deciding in the sweets s there are too many to choose and a lot from back in the day.

Happy Candy have such a wide selection to choose from and ALWAYS have sweets on offer. They also regularly email you with a percentage off your shop - which is incentive enough for me to buy more 😝

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. Found sweets I had been looking for for years at a great price. Also some fantastic bargains in the clearance section I was able to purchase all the sweets toys and jars/containers plus balloons to make party favours for my son's birthday. The quality of the sweets and toys were amazing nothing was sticky, spoiled, broken/ damaged or squashed. Excellent condition and well packed. Delivery was also great it came in good time with up to date tracking information so I could follow my order on it's journey from supplier to my home. I have already recommended Happy Candy to others and will definitely be ordering more from here.

I spent £6 for fast delivery on Friday…
I spent £6 for fast delivery on Friday and they turned up tue have to say am a little disappointed with it I have spent like 50-60 with you guys and do buy sweets a lot was hoping I found a great website but am not convinced so far !

Many Thanks for your purchases and review Matthew, as explained on e-mail to yourself last Sunday April 2nd, we are closed on weekends but do reply to e-mails and messages on weekends to provide a better shopping experience for our customers. We operate our business from 8a.m-5p.m Monday-Friday where we prepare, pack and dispatch orders. As you purchased Friday Evening at: 17:42 whilst we were closed, it would not be possible to meet your expectations of a next day (Saturday Delivery). We would like to highlight that your order was dispatched on Monday 3rd April (on time) and then delivered the next working day Tuesday 4th April (again on time). At checkout we clearly highlight the options available for delivery such as Tracked 48 & Tracked 24, and the delivery time predicted. As you selected RM Tracked 24 (1-3 Working Days) we made very clear at point of sale you may not receive the next day. We replied to your enquiry almost immediately in a polite courteous manner, we also allowed you to cancel the order or downgrade to Tracked 48, but you did not respond. We have pasted below our dispatch times shown in bold lettering from our shipping policy for reference.
We understand your frustration in not receiving your order the very next day as it would appear Amazon Prime has created this expectation of next day prime delivery, when in fact there are very few retailers that would have got your order to you the very next day when purchasing on a Friday evening.
Finally, we would like to point out that we make £0 profit from any P&P Charges, in fact, in most cases we make a loss on delivery fees charged.
SHIPPING POLICY PARAGRAPH 5:
Where possible we dispatch same day however, Please allow 24-48 hours for dispatch (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)
Example 1: Order placed Friday, we would then Dispatch the following Monday/Tuesday.
Example 2: Order placed Wednesday, we would then Dispatch Thursday/Friday the same week.
Example 3: Order placed Thursday, we would then Dispatch Friday/Monday.
