I bought a mystery box for $450 that had loads in it. Clothes, banners, gadgets, accessories, towel, wallet. Had a bit of trouble with one item in the mystery box (probably a rarity because the replacement works perfect and my brother has the same thing he’s had no trouble with) and support helped and sorted it out sending a brand new one free of charge and stress that came 2 days after. Quality products, quality support and not insanely expensive. Overall very happy with experience 😁

Completely useless. Couldn't organize a root in a brothel. Not capable of keeping items in stock. Going off other reviews it looks like they do the same to other people, blaming a glitch in their system for not having the stock. They are more than happy to take your money though. Will never order anything from your trash website again. $50 for a shirt THAT YOU DONT EVEN HAVE IN STOCK, you should be prosecuted for theft. Disgusting.

I ordered 2 large t-shirts and when I received my order, there was one tshirt that was marked in a large bag, but the printed size on the tshirt itself was XL. I reached out to customer service via email and Bianca D was super quick is responding to me and helping correct my order in a timely fashion! I appreciate her kindness! Thank you thank you thank you!

I had an awesome time ordering with HardTuned! One of the items in my order ended up being out of stock due to a glitch on their website, but they reached out to get the order corrected and even threw in some free goodies for the inconvenience! Their support team was super responsive and the merch that arrived ended up being super high quality!! Overall I was 10/10 happy with how everything went, and I'd be more than happy to order from them again in the future. Thanks HardTuned!

100% recommend buying from hard tuned…I order the white gunma shoes about every 4 months or whenever the shoes wear out. Recently one of the shoes came in wrong This rarely happens whenever buying from them but if it does don’t worry because I was able to get help from one of their employees Bianca. They are 100% trustworthy.

they are great! i was givin the wrong size shirt so i emailed them about it and they were able to exchange it for the right size. they sent me all the info about it, sent me all the shipping info. they were just wonderful all the way around about the situation!!

I recieved the wrong products and emailed the team straight away and got a replacement sent to me with no extra charge. I would recommend this company. Will be buying more products through them.

Ordered a led sticker and it is of poor quality and they did offer to refund if shipped back on our own dime. Shipping would cost more then the product. I'm never seeing my money back but if I can convince one person not to buy from them then review was worth it.

I was looking for an affordable good red shoe and I'm glad I came across hardtuned. Not only is their customer support team very helpful but their products are great as well. Definitely size up from your true size though in regards to sneakers.

Bought a variety of items from this company over a period of 8 months and found the quality of select items to be severely lacking.

most recently I received a Hard tuned Softshell jacket that had melted around the pocket areas and had random dirt patches and very poor stitching.

on a separate order I received the youth Supra MK4 Zip hoodie with the rear print applied by Stevie wonder its completely off centre over the shoulder seem somehow.

I tried to deal with Hard tuned Direct to which I received no response about the youth hoodie and an offer of money back for the jacket if I pay to ship it back to them from the UK at my own expense...

Very Very Poor Company to deal with AVOID which is a shame as the hats are nice....

Second purchase from these guys, first was flawless.
Second order I received an item that was still functional, but had some minor faults on inspection. Genuinely expected some pushback when I emailed them with pictures to ask about return and replacement, but instead I received a very quick response from their sales team who reviewed, agreed, and arranged a replacement immediately.
Great products backed by great customer service!

The staff went above and beyond helping with an order.

Not to mention the quality of their products is great.

The great thing they did was give me the real deal not some other place I bought one it was like 2 inches couldn't see it on the car glass or even read what was supposed to scroll across.

I have bought 2 pairs of trainers so far, Fuji 3 High tops and Fuji 2 low tops. I also have an order in for a set of the underglow for my MK3 Focus RS.

The quality of the products I have received so far is top notch! I haven't bought the trainers for wearing (they are too good to wear!!)

I have had to contact the store on 2 separate occasions for issues that I had created for myself, I ordered the wrong shoe size and I had forgotten to add an item to my basket. Bianca responded almost immediately on both occasions and she sorted my issues promptly.

This is a fantastic store and I look forward to seeing what new merchandise they add in the future.
